The location was walkable to a nearby night club/hookah lounge, but otherwise there was not much to do in this area. We decided to "stay local" so we knew the potential for some disappointments and we were okay with that. We chose a pricier family room with air conditioning, mosquito net, and large private bath. Unfortunately, the floor and mini fridge were not clean upon check in. Rather than make a fuss on a prepaid room, we drove to the Erevan supermarket and purchased cleaning supplies and cleaned to our satisfaction. Aside from that initial disappointment we enjoyed our stay. We appreciated how the staff worked hard to accommodate our needs."
