- "Wow! This is an absolute gem of a hotel. Everything about it is perfect. First the location: if you arrive by bus from Brasov the bus stop is right at the end of the street, less than one minute from the hotel (and the same for the return trip). The hotel is opposite a lovely little park and across the road from the castle grounds. The view of Bran Castle is outstanding. Once inside you are greeted by the lovely staff who are all so friendly and helpful. The entrance, lobby and restaurant areas are charming. We had a room on the second floor which was beautiful, with a sloping ceiling and a view across to the castle-amazing at night. The room was spacious with twin beds, comfy chairs, a full size fridge and a great bathroom. There was complimentary water and tea and coffee facilities, which are always welcome. We went to the restaurant in the evening and the food was delicious and well presented. The service was excellent. Breakfast is served at your table-a delicious assortment of traditional meats, cheeses and bread, fresh fruit and freshly prepared eggs (I had a cheese omelette). This must be the best place to stay in Bran."
