- "Pleasant, functional, and efficient" - "This relatively new addition to Bujumbura's hotels is clearly aiming high with excellent standards of service, cleanliness and comfort. The rooms are wonderful with well-fitted bathrooms, good wi-fi everywhere, DSTV and a very comfortable bed. My room had a big balcony overlooking the golf course. The bar and bistro restaurant were fine, nothing too special, but freshly-cooked food which was served unusually promptly. There is also a small fine dining restaurant but I did not try this. The other facilities (spa etc) looked a bit underused and indeed the whole hotel seemed to be having a quiet weekend when I was there. The only oddity is the car park tucked round the back from which you can only enter and exit the hotel by walking through the restaurant - a bit odd if you have lots of bags to carry."

- "There was some good and bad. 1. They were good at replying to emails 2. but the shuttle they confirmed wasn't provided 3. Co-owner was at airport and sat with me until her husband came to pick us up 4. Staff were helpful but sometimes too aggressive on trying to be helpful 5. Wifi, bed, and shower are very good 6. Check-in employee said "10min" and my passport would be brought to my room. The isolated located is the main draw back - unless you are attending a conference in the hotel, in which case staying at the hotel is a very good option. The hotel is located on a empty road on the outskirts of town, and you will need your own transport to go to shops and restaurants. The guard will follow you to the only local restaurant/bar (200 m) since it is not considered safe to walk on the street on your own. The restaurant staff will walk you back to the hotel.
