I had booked another hotel in the vicinity but t could not accommodate me for all the nights I needed, so this was a last minute addition for a couple of nights top-up. Following my stay I can state quite freely that based on my own experience it would have suited my needs very well for the whole period of my stay in Chandigarh, and I can only assume that either the hotel has made some drastic changes since some of the less pleasing reviews were posted, or that others' expectations are unreasonably high. I would certainly have no reservations about staying at this establishment again in the future, if the experience of my past visit is matched. We took two rooms and one was great but one smelled a bit of condensation. - "Must visit " - "Worst place to stay I would tell all there are better hotels than this. Kindly don’t promote this property. We booked a double room they gave us a single queen size bed room. We were two people and they gave us one towel for bathing one hand towel one glass for water on cup for coffee. The room was dirty I called housekeeping to clean it. I have nothing positive to write about such a dirty and low grade property. Even the manager of the hotel promises you but does not do the things. When I told the housekeeping for towels he said we have shortage of towels as they are in for laundry. When you pay for services you need the services"
