Hier haben Sie absolute Ruhe und Ländlichkeit, können aber zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten in die beiden Dörfer zum Einkaufen, zum Essen oder auf ein Eis schlendern. Von der Schiffsanlegestelle in Gstadt haben Sie die Möglichkeit, auf die Fraueninsel, die Herreninsel, nach Prien bzw. Seebruck zu fahren, oder eine Chiemseerundfahrt zu machen. Mit dem Auto oder stündlich mit dem öffentlichen RVO Linienbus Nummer 9520, sind Sie in nur 10 Minuten in dem Städtchen Prien, das an der Bahnlinie München-Salzburg liegt. Gerne bieten wir Ihnen bei Zuganreise an, Sie am Bahnhof in Prien oder Bad Endorf abzuholen bzw. hinzubringen. Aufgrund unserer außergewöhnlichen Lage, scheint das volle Bergpanorama von Osten mit den Berchtesgadener Alpen bis nach Westen mit der Wendelsteinregion, zum Greifen nahe. Die nächsten alpinen Wanderungen, z.B. auf die Kampenwand, erreichen Sie über Prien nach Bernau in einer ca. 30 minütigen Autofahrt. Die Fahrt dorthin führt Sie immer am Chiemsee entlang und ist allein auch schon einen Ausflug wert. Wenn Sie noch eine Viertelstunde länger fahren, können Sie schon im benachbarten Österreich wandern, in Kufstein bummeln oder einfach eine Rundfahrt über die malerischen Grenzübergänge Sachrang, bzw. Schleching machen. Auch den Chiemsee sieht man rundherum. Den Uferweg, der Sie auf ca. 70 km um den See bringt, erreichen Sie nach 2 min begabfahrt. Sie können auch nur ausgewählte Stücke radeln und den Rest bequem mit dem öffentlichen ChiemseeRingBus vollenden, der auch Ihr Fahrrad im Anhänger mitnimmt. Richtung Norden, abseits des Trubels, finden Sie etwas weniger frequentierte Strecken, die Sie auf einem sehr gut ausgebauten Rad- und Wandernetz durch schattige Wäder, an kleinere Seen oder das romantische Moor führen. Auch Kinderspielplätze sind als Anlaufpunkt für die Kleineren reichlich vorhanden. Somit steht einem gelungenen Urlaub nichts mehr im Weg. Wir freuen uns auf Sie!

Unsere wunderschön eingerichtete Ferienwohnung ChiemseeZeit befindet sich im ersten Stock und bietet auf 90 qm Platz für 2 bis 8 Personen.

Sie finden ein verdunkelbares Schlafzimmer mit einem 180x200cm großem Doppelbett vor, dazu hochwertige Kaltschaummatratzen.

In der offenen Galerie (über Treppe erreichbar) befindet sich ein weiteres Schlafzimmer. Dort können vier Kinder, bzw. Personen schlafen. Zwei Betten mit den Maßen 90*200cm können je um ein Bett zum Herausziehen mit den Maßen 90*190 erweitert werden. Wahlweise etwas niedriger oder gleich hoch einstellbar und jeweils fest justierbar.

Die Bettwäsche ist selbstverständlich inklusiv.

In unserem individuell gestalteten Bad/WC finden Sie eine große Eckbadewanne mit Echtglasduschwand vor. Für Sie stehen auch ein Fön, 2 Bademäntel und Handtücher bereit.

Die offene Küche mit Bergblick versüßt Ihnen, falls Sie etwas zubereiten wollen, die Arbeit. Ausgestattet mit Geschirrspüler,E-Herd mit 4 Platten-Ceranfeld und Backofen, Senseo Switch Kaffeemaschine (Pad und Filter), sowie Toaster und allen möglichen Kochutensilien.
Essen können Sie dann entweder an der Frühstückstheke, oder am großen Esstisch mit Sitzbänken aus Massivholz.
