The living area is cosy in all seasons. The two fabric sofas are ideally placed to watch the flat screen tv or to enjoy the views. The dark wood furniture, ceiling beams and original fireplace bring real character to the room. On a sunny day the light floods into this space making it a lovely spot to simply sit and relax.

The country style white kitchen features everything you would need to enjoy a short break at Tithe Cottage. Fully equipped with a ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle and toaster you can enjoy all the comforts of home.

Through to a second living area you will find additional sofas and seating alongside a dining table. This space stretches out into an adjoining conservatory style room with two sets of double doors and views across the garden and beyond. Dating back to the 1800s, Harewood Cottage still retains its sense of history. No expense has been spared by the owners and visitors are ensured of perfection throughout.
Entrance is gained into the comfortable living room which is complete with a stunning woodburner adding extra charm and additional heat, as well as comfortable sofas and a Smart TV, giving a great place to snuggle up in front of the fire on those colder evenings with a glass or two of red wine. In addition, there is a dining table and chairs in the living area which make the property great for socialising or playing a board game with the family. On the same floor is the designer kitchen which features all the usual mod cons and is fully equipped for all your culinary needs, should you not wish to eat at the many eateries close by. All three bedrooms have fresh bed linen for a perfect night’s sleep, meaning you are fully energised for the next day’s adventure. The space
The house is fully equipped and newly renovated. It is part of a 140 acre farm where you will have access to walk and join onto the many local footpaths set in stunning countryside. You also have access to our private fishing lake which is stocked with many coarse fish including carp, perch, tench and even some sturgeon. We are huge fans of wildlife and have designed our farm to accommodate as many species as possible. Expect to see red kites, curlews, oyster catchers, pipistrel bats, dragonflies...the list is endless. Your outdoor dining area is south facing with stunning views so you can enjoy a barbecue as many evenings as the weather will allow.
Guest access
There is enough parking on site for several cars. All free of charge. We have a locked outdoor shed for any bicycles you might wish to bring, after all, we are on the Tour de Yorkshire route! The train station is at Weeton and is a 15 minute walk. Trains are operating on the main Leeds-Harrogate-York lines. Buses operate from just outside the property and there are 2 an hour heading to Harrogate and two an hour heading to Otley, Ilkley, Bradford or Leeds International Airport.
Other things to note
Our downstairs bedroom is great for guests with reduced mobility. There are some small steps on the way into the proprerty but once inside there is a lovely downstairs suite with an ensuite wet room.

There is a z bed which can be provided if there is an extra child or you need to have your child in your bedroom.
