We stayed at GM City Hotel for two nights and on both nights, we were disturbed in our sleep in the middle of the night, actually at 2:00 a.m. and 3:00 a.m. respectively, by the loud conversations outside the hotel. Loud music was coming from a night club, maybe half a block from the hotel. Finally, inside the hotel, there were some laughter and banging of doors or walls at night. 😓"

The only thing missing were hand towels or paper towels for wiping our hands after washing. The instructions provided were good only for people driving in. We came by Grab and found the instructions confusing. We managed to find our way to the correct block and elevator by asking the security guards. Thank goodness for them! Overall, we enjoyed our stay and felt like home. We love the location because it is conveniently connected to the Aeon mall and close to the Aero buses that takes you to the airports."
