- "The staff were very helpful. Initially I needed to change my room on day 2 as I could smell some lingering smoke. I told them at reception who advised it’s a non smoking property but someone has obviously broken the rules. The reception gave me an option of a few rooms to choose from which was nice and it made the remaining of my trip perfect. House keeping was friendly too. There ain’t a kettle in the room however plentiful tea and coffee downstairs at reception which you can help yourself to anytime.
