Room also smelt like moldy sewage (a city-wide issue) when I checked in, so water should be run from all taps before guests arrive. Pool pump noise outside window very annoying. Early check-in & (not secure) luggage storage available. In-room safe tiny & not secured to anything. But overall, fantastic & highly recommended."

Upon arrival, we were greeted and our booking was located. The receptionist, who seemed a bit air-headed and confused, gave us our key and told us there is no elevator. It was the smallest room and not what we booked. We went back to reception and asked for the $91 room we paid for and she said it is not available as the sink faucet in the bathroom was not working. We asked to see the room anyways and followed her upstairs. It was the room we paid for but much much smaller than the photos would have you believe. The ac was not on and the temperature was a sweltering 102F that day. When we turned the ac on, the air was barely moving even on max and it seemed that it needed to be recharged as the air was not cold. We said we wanted the room despite the lack of functioning sink faucet because we could brush our teeth in the shower so we carried our 3 checked bags from the car up 3 flights of stairs and they offered no assistance. No surprise that the water was turned off completely so a call to the front desk to inform the manager allowed us to shower that evening. Sleeping was incredibly uncomfortable as the ac did not cool off the room and there were patches of drywall missing on some walls. This place is a scam, the we’re not willing to offer a refund when asked, and they said “sold out” on every room despite there being no other cars on the property but ours. Don’t believe the “sold out” status that you see on this site."

- "Thanks for All. Everwher was near to hotel" - "I stayed three nights in two different rooms. On arrival, they did not have my reservation and said they didn't have space. While I was trying to find another place, they "found" my reservation and "upgraded" me to the "deluxe double room" (I had booked the "classic double room". The room was adequate, but less comfortable than what I expected. Lighting was poor, no bedside lighting; the windows were covered with only hanging slat blinds, so did not block light well at night. There was no seating other than the bed, which was not very comfortable. There was a nice view from this room facing the river. Because of their scheduling snafus, I moved down to the first floor (to a "classic double") for my last night. Was mostly the same as the first room, but slightly smaller. It was on the first floor, right by the entrance and small check-in desk-- so was quite noisy. The young men apparently running the hotel were kind and spoke English well. For ~$30 per night, it may be comparable to similarly priced small hotels in the area. Personally, I would not stay there again. "

- "Best Host and beautiful place " - "Our three night stay at Nana’s Home was perfect! It is a family run business and you can tell right away that they are passionate about Kutaisi. The location is perfect, just one street away from the main square with everything within walking distance. We rented two rooms connected to each other on the main floor of the guesthouse since it was me, my husband and our 15-month old daughter. The rooms were a good size with comfortable beds and AC of course. The water pressure in the bathroom was great and the house had a washing machine you could use and a cute little patio area to hang out and relax. David, Nana’s son, blew us away with his hospitality. He drove us to a few places and was so kind and friendly to our daughter, and very patient! It is a truly family-run business and we could not have been happier with our stay. Thank you for everything David!!!"

- "Hotel claimed not to have receive the booking. Resulted in higher fees than booked. Showed a large room but gave a smaller one after booking. Presentation and photos of surrounding, like garden has no relation with reality. The lake contained piles of trash but no water. Hotel located at an odd spot along a busy transport road.
