Dinan (Dino), a very interesting man, and his wife live on the property. He is always available to take care of any issues and does so promptly. We enjoyed his company over a glass of wine on several occasions. The isolated, quiet property in the tiny village of Villerserine (population 35) is only 20 minutes from the small, charming, historic city of Poligny and 10 minutes from a supermarket. The Jura region produces top quality wines and the famous Comté cheese. The historic cities of Beaune and Besançon, plus the whole Burgundy-Franche-Comté region, are less than two hours drive.
