It's a walkable distance to the boardwalk/ocean front, which was nice. At night, the area was lively and safe. We walked around and even went to a few shops then came back and had a specialty coffee beverage at the hotel restaurant. If you choose to sit outside when you dine, the view is beautiful. It has the feeling of being back in the 1930s. My room was large, its walls hand painted with trees, a huge four-poster bed, all the furniture antique; a big desk for me to write. The bathroom was a little antique but worked well. The place oozed atmosphere and the staff were charming and helpful. The laundry was done well, and breakfast was excellent. There was a pop duo in the evenings at the weekend who performed old favourites well. The restaurant was average, and I preferred to eat out in a town with wonderful food. Restaurant service was a little slow, but there was no rush. The hotel is perfectly positioned in White Town, five minutes from the Promenade and five minutes from the hubbub of the town. Property surrounded by lot of greeneries with string lights in the night give a beautiful holiday vibe. Very calm and peaceful. Rooms were tastefully done with modern and clean look. Bathroom was updated and very clean as well. Rain head shower and hot water availability was the best. We had a good nights rest after a long drive. The breakfast buffet was very good and had many spreads just like home made. The hotel staff were extremely helpful, kind and proactive. Especially Mr. Shakti ensured we enjoyed our stay."
