Luxury villa with beautiful panoramic mountain and sea view located at the end of cul de sac in quite, residential area, outskirts of Karsiyaka Village of the north coast of Cyprus between the Besparmak (five fingers) mountain range and Mediterranean sea. It has stunning views to the mountains or sea from every aspect. You get a true taste of Cypriot life, unhurried and untouched by hotel complexes. High speed Wifi provided free of charge.There are plenty of facilities still at hand:markets, a butcher, bakers, barbers, shops and an internet cafe within walking distance. The horse shoe is the nearest beach for swimming which has a beach restaurant and is 5 minutes’ drive. Denizkizi beach with golden sands in a cove, were you can sit and relax or hire a jet-ski, go scuba diving or try any number of other water sports available. Club Simena has a wonderful pool, beautiful trees free to use. Kyrenia (girne to the locals), the capital of northern Cyprus is a 20 minute scenic drive. It has a beautiful harbour.

- "Northern Cyprus is an absolutely fantastic family holiday, slightly more untouched by tourists than its southern counterpart it’s abit like stepping back to the holidays of old. Good food and drink for a very resonance price, friendly people and just enough old ruins and days out to be fun without boring the kids to death. The villa is lovely, really homely feel to it and very spacious for a family of 5. The pool and outside areas are good and get the sun all day, with a few adjustments to the positions of the sun beds. I’ve been booking villas now for 10 years and this one was one of our favourites. It’s location needs a car to get anywhere. We had some building works going on around us but nothing which ruined our stay. Two points (personal views) which I raise as a point to the owner Michael (who’s comms were exceptional). I didn’t like being charged on a meter for electricity, I’d rather you just add £50 onto the price of the villa rental and not worry about usage - it’s a holiday I get electricity bills at home. Also the welcome pack again just add £15 onto the villa rental and put a few little goodies in the fridge, milk, bread A BEER ! We arrived late and I had to drag my three boys round a supermarket at 12 o clock. Great villa, great location great hoilday Thankyou"

The apartment form is part of an attractive two storey block on a spacious and prestigious development (a very well managed site), close to the coast(200m) and overlooked by the stunning mountains. It's a ground floor apartment with its own private walled garden and two large balconies with breathtaking views of Kyrenia mountains. Rich welcome pack, local number mobile (all free of charge). The owner will welcome you personally and show you around on the check in day.

The interiors of the apartment has marble floors throughout, and is furnished to a high standard. The apartment benefits from Satellite TV which will also play your DVD and CD's (we have a lot of DVD films and music CD's and books in English and Russian). Car hire, and airport transfers can all be arranged through the owners local managing agents (arrangements are free of charge). No surprise bills. Water, drinking water,gas, electricity, powerful wifi are all included in the price unlike most of the other properties.

The apartment benefits from a large communal pool, separate children's pool which can be easily seen from the apartment and spacious grounds which provide a safe environment for the younger members of your party.

The property is only a short drive (14 min.) from Kyrenia with its unspoilt Venetian harbour, Byzantine castle and sophisticated restaurants whilst Escape Beach Club can be reached in a matter of minutes. Other golden beaches and Lapethos water park is within 2-3 min. drive. There is a hidden cove sandy beach only 5 min. walk from the property.

- "When we arrived late in the evening, we were welcomed by the owner Arhun and shown around. There was a good complimentary welcome pack. The apartment is well furnished and has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The small complex has its own swimming pool and the grounds are beautifully maintained. The site Manager Mehmet introduced himself the next day and couldn’t have been more helpful. Mehmet even drove us to the car hire company to fill out the paperwork. The transfers and car hire were all arranged for us and ran perfectly, which is what you need when you are in an area you don’t know. The apartment is really well placed near the sea and some very good restaurants, as well as close to a supermarket. Needless to say we have booked again for 2019."

Villa Helen in Karsiyaka, Northern Cyprus, 20 min drive from Kyrenia, set in a quiet location this character stone built villa benefits from a spacious living area both inside and out. The interior is full of Cyprus character with high apex ceilings, stone walls and arches, curved marble staircase leading to the upstairs master suite and marble flooring throughout. The living room is open plan and equipped with 50" smart TV free wifi dining table and chairs, fully stocked kitchen including washing machine dishwasher and water cooler.

There are 3 good sized bedrooms the master having en-suite with walk in shower, king size bed, satellite TV, the French doors open up to an extensive terrace area with an amazing vista of the mountains from the front and a birds eye view of the large pool and garden at the rear. Downstairs are two bright double bedrooms with twin beds in each the front having garden views and the rear overlooking the pool terrace. Family sized bathroom downstairs with full size bath and overhead shower. The Villa has fans in all rooms and Air Conditioning in all bedrooms.

Outside at the front of the property is a private gated drive way and gardens with a seating area which offers shade from hot Cyprus days. the rear boasts a large 10 m x 5 m pool with roman end and terraced area complete with sunbeds, outdoor shaded living area with internet based TV with soundbar and comfortable seats perfect for relaxing in the warm Cyprus evenings, next to the living space is a BBQ and dining table for alfresco dining. All set in a large enclosed garden full of fruit trees, pine trees and offers privacy day and night. To the rear of the garden is a 30m2 games room with 7ft pool table and dartboard table and chairs.

The Villa is situated within walking distance to a sea front restaurant/bar if you walk up to the main road from the Villa there are a couple of small bars, café, barbers, butchers and local shop, also you can take in the sights and sounds of a traditional Turkish wedding on the square.

Flight information: Flights to Cyprus are available from various airports in the UK including Leeds Bradford, Heathrow, Gatwick, Stanstead, Manchester, Belfast, and Glasgow, there are two ways to fly. You can fly to North Cyprus Ercan airport which will involve a stop in Turkey before reaching North Cyprus, the transfer from Ercan to the villa will take approx. 45mins, alternatively you can fly direct to Larnaca airport in south Cyprus and cross the border to North Cyprus this transfer will take approx. 90mins. Transfers can be arranged from either airport. Car hire is strongly recommended to explore the island, this can be arranged for you and delivered to the Villa. We are happy to help with any transfer and car hire at competitive rates.

We chose Northern Cyprus for our holiday home as it is set in a quiet location and beautiful landscapes with access to all the amenities you wish for on holiday, you can chose to relax by the pool or take a dolmus/ car drive into the bustling city of Kyrenia to explore the many shops, bars restaurants and history of the island. The summers are hot and the winters are mild excellent for a winter escape from it all.

When we arrived gone 1200 at night, we were greated by a couple of nice people who showed us around. When you walk out the back and see the pool lit and the huge space, and the games area, its like 'WOW'. It is located in a quiet residential area with the sea 5 mins walk. We hired a car from Ozy and he organised transfers, which was great. There are plenty of restaurants around, but you would need a car, however at the end of the road they do great pizzas at great prices. Get out and explore the beautiful coastline, the sea is amazing. We had a drive to the far peninsula at KARPAZ to see the donkey's, about a 2hr drive but lovely. We visited a restaurant called SILVER ROCKS, great food and location right on the sea (they even have steps down to the see). We would definitely recommend staying in this villa, you will not be disappointed at all. Thanks to Helen & Richard for great communication and allowing us to stay in you fantastic villa. The villa is situated in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of the old mountain village of Lapta. Built on a ravine, the villa stands in an elevated position with views of the sea and the mountains. The gardens contain established shrubs and trees, a fledgling orchard with trees now bearing oranges, lemons, mandarins and grapefruit. The overflow pool measures 8m x 4m with inbuilt steps leading to the shallow end, and side mounted steps down to the deeper end. There is an outside shower located by the pool and a barbeque. There is also a large gazebo in the garden. Four bedrooms ( the ground floor one has a safe) are all air conditioned, each with it's own shower room & toilet. There is also a separate toilet downstairs. The living room, dining room & kitchen all open out to a large patio area leading to the pool and gardens. The gated drive can accomodate 2 cars. Beaches, restaurants and bars are within a short distance. Picturesque Kyrenia Harbour is approximately 15 mins drive.
You will find an information folder inside the villa providing a wealth of local information and maps that you can take out with you to help you readily find your way back to the villa - Or show one to the restaurants and takeaways, to make delivery easier. There's an abundance of well stocked supermarkets selling local produce as well as more familiar groceries, plenty of bakeries and pharmacies. The language is Turkish but English is widely spoken & understood. The currency is Turkish Lira and Euros & GB£'s are also accepted in restaurants, bars and shops with a fair rate of exchange - any change is usually given in Turkish Lira. There are plenty of banks and ATMs. You tend to get a better rate for your money at the local exchange venues. The nearest to the villa is a short drive along the main strip opposite Greens garage (which is on the left hand side of the road) as you're driving towards Kyrenia. There are plenty of beaches locally including our favourite - Escape Beach which has everything you could possibly need. There's a small fee but it's worth it. Top tip, it gets very busy at weekends! In addition, all of the hotels and holiday clubs have facilities that are open to the public for a daily fee which usually includes lunch.

There are some lovely , pretty villages around which should be visited if you can manage to tear yourself away from the pool. Lapta itself & Alsancak locally are traditional old villages and have good restaurants. Higher up the mountain, Karaman is gorgeous and has a couple of bars and restaurants. Kyrenia (Girne) has its pretty horseshoe shaped harbour, recently refurbished has reopened and is a great place just to sit and people watch or is a good starting point to wander the narrow streets. Boat trips are available from the harbour. There's an old abbey in Bellapais well worth a visit - Bellapais is an old village with the 'Tree of Idleness' written of by the famous author Lawrence Durrell in 'Bitter Lemons'. A journey to the top of St Hilarion Castle should not be missed - though not during very hot sunshine. There is so much to see and do!!
Flights can be into Ercan in the North (Turkish side) with a touchdown in Turkey, or into Larnaca in the South(ROC) and we can help arrange transfers from either airport and can also assist with car hire. Ercan is approx 40mins away; Larnaca about 75mins. Be aware that you must enter and leave from the North or the South for example, you can't arrive in the North and then leave from the South and vice versa. There's no visa requirement for UK citizens for entry into Cyprus, North or South. If you're travelling from the South to the North you no longer require a visa, but you do have to produce your passport at the border. Whichever way you choose to fly, there are no difficulties but we can help with transfers to make it easier for you.

- "The property suited us as a group of 8 adults. It was lovely and the pool was perfect for us. We had issues with ants which were addressed as soon as I messaged the manager. The taxi struggled to find the property, so worth getting a copy of the location map prior to arrival. Thank you Gary and Heather" - "Our family have recently returned from this lovely villa. 6 adults and 2 children (7 & 11yo). The villa was more than spacious enough to accommodate us all. The views of the mountains are breathtaking - I miss waking up to that everyday! The gardens around the villa are secure and well maintained; a large pool with ample comfy sun loungers, a cold outside shower (much appreciated in the August heat!), 2 outside eating areas, one covered (and shaded in the morning) - perfect for a quiet breakfast. We often saw the goats being herded past the end of the garden too! Fruit trees and an outside BBQ; which we enjoyed using during our stay. The pool was cleaned 4 times during our 2 week stay, the pool man and gardener were very polite and friendly. The villa itself is lovely, beautiful sea views from the upstairs bedrooms. Top tip - the best showers in the villa are in the upstairs twin bedroom and the downstairs bedroom! The kitchen is well equipped, the only downside being no tea towels and little freezer space in the under counter fridges, but we managed to fit in packs of ice for our drinks and a few ice lollies - so no big problem :) We very rarely sat inside but we did struggle to get the tv and DVD player working for the kids, again not much of a problem as they had their electronic devices and books. The villa also has a little bookshelf full of good holiday reads! Lots of information supplied in the welcome book and plenty of maps etc for the local areas. Villa manger was only a phone call away, we had a problem with a couple of power cuts - but the manager sorted things within 30 minutes of calling. He also supplied a handy welcome pack for us for our arrival (milk, bread etc). Owners are very helpful and accommodating - we booked their villa pre covid and they had no issues with us changing our dates - twice! So thank you for that! All in all we had a perfect holiday. The villa is quiet (which is exactly what we wanted) and perfectly located to explore the nearby beaches and towns (hire car is needed, but the owners helped to organise that too). Just to add - The local restaurants have very little 'kerb appeal' but don't let that fool you. The eating areas are stunning! The tables are literally on the seafront! We can highly recommend 'sea point' - a lovely place! We will definitely be returning to North Cyprus again. The locals are friendly and everything is very cheap compared to the UK. A 'contemporary' styled villa built in 2005, which we call 'The Haven' is perfectly situated between the sea and mountains, with wonderful views from either front or rear terraces. Located in a secluded area approximately 1 mile from the 'Lapta Strip', which hosts a variety of good restaurants and supermarkets. It is a 15-20 minute drive to Kyrenia shopping centre and harbour and approximately 40 minutes to a Championship Golf course. It benefits from an 8metre x 4metre illuminated overflow pool with a roman end. Local British caretaker on hand to ensure guests are well attended. Villa, gardens and pool are professionally maintained.

When bookings are taken owners will allow at least 24 hours for a deep clean prior to another let.
High touch surfaces eg countertops, door handles, banisters, light switches will be disinfected.

All bed linen and towels will be provided and freshly prepared for your arrival.

Air conditioning is available in all bedrooms but due to its heavy electricity consumption should be used carefully as required .
We allow up to £40.00 of electricity per week within the rental charge which should be adequate under normal circumstances .Anything above this threshold will be charged at 30 pence per unit.
Our Manager will inform you of the meter reading at the time of your arrival and departure.

- "We stayed at The Haven for 11 nights July 2023 and from the very first time we enquired with the owner until the minute we checked out, everything could not have been smoother, including the transfers to and from Ercan airport which Kate arranged without a hitch. The villa itself was extremely comfortable and well equipped so we did not want for anything. It was very hot during our stay, so we made use of the lovely pool area with plenty of sun beds and parasols to escape the sun if needed. There are lots of seating areas, the large table and chairs at the front of the of the property were also a welcome relief from the heat during the day and in the evening for drinks in beautiful surroundings. We ate out almost every night, and as we did not have a car, we walked to every restaurant. The coastal path is about two minutes away and we made use of this for Silver Rocks, Driftwood and Blue Song which are about a mile away on the Lapta Strip. We also ate at Sevkets nearby (cash only),but our favourite was Wild Duck which we visited several times and seemed to be popular with families. We had 2 x mains, a bottle of wine and a few beers in each and they were all very reasonable, all costing roughly £30. The supermarket at the top of the road was well stocked and very cheap. Paula the manager is on hand locally if you need anything, but we were so relaxed and felt at home that thankfully, we didn’t need to trouble her too much. The Olive Press Bowling Green is only a 5 minute walk from our villa and offers bowling. There are also several beaches within walking distance.

Lapta offers wonderful restaurants and beaches - International Cuisine at its finest whether your taste is Indian, Chinese, Italian, or typical Cypriot - you will be spoilt for choice, our personal favourite is Calamari in Lapta. You will find the restaurants very inexpensive and very friendly - normally offering a free coffee and brandy after your meal. Suna's Beach Club in Lapta offers a beautiful setting, you can hire a cabana for the day overlooking the sea, water sports are available and great food and atmosphere.

Lapta has spectacular scenery, cooling sea and mountain breezes in the hot summer months. The area is ideal for those who like the beach and water sports or poolside holidays, as well as for those who like to walk and explore the spectacular mountain scenery and ruins, etc.

Cyprus is also renown for Scuba diving - there are many schools and diving clubs available locally. You can be daring and take in some Paragliding from the mountain top or simply hang in there from the back of a boat!!!! Hire a Jetski or Jetbike - it is all here for you to enjoy with uncrowded beaches to enjoy as well. For the more adventurous there are facilities just along the Coast Road at Escape Beach.

- "Such an amazing place to stay! Honestly couldn't have asked for any more. The pool was just perfect, especially the steps for my toddler and disabled mother. It was easily accessible, and provided hours of entertainment in the beautiful sunshine. The downstairs bedroom and bathroom was brilliant for my disabled mother, no need to try and climb the stairs. The support from Begona and Mehmet was much appreciated. Our first night the street had a power cut, Mehmet came straight over and called the electricity board to ensure they we're coming to fix it. He made sure in the early hours of the morning that it got fixed- this was hugely appreciated. Would definitely look at booking this villa again. The location was perfect to drive around and see the sights of North Cyprus."

This four bedroom villa was completed in 2008 located in a small cul-de-sac with four villas which is located in the small village of Lapta. Its elevated position enjoys panoramic sea and mountain views. The villa has a spacious living room, newly renovated kitchen and four bedrooms, all of which are en-suite and fully air-conditioned. One of its main feature is the galleried dining area which opens onto a terrace overlooking the large swimming pool and patio seating area. The kitchen comprises of electric hob and gas oven, with modern units, granite worktops, large fridge and freezer with a built in ice dispenser and breakfast bar area. The garden area includes a full sized pool, gazebo with dinning area and a outdoor shower with views of the mountains and Mediterranean.

Taxi transfer from Ercan airport is 30 mins and Larnaca, in the south of Cyprus, is about roughly an hour, depending on time of crossing the border from South to North. Airport transfers are available form all airports. Owners are able recommend local Taxi drivers who will assist when crossing the borders. Car hire is highly recommended and many company's offer both service.
The main resort in North Cyprus is Kyrenia (known as Girne to local Turkish Cypriots) is 25 minute drive. The harbour area, watched over by the imposing Crusader castle, is wall-to-wall restaurants and bars - a stunning sight by day, but an area that really comes into its own at night, when hungry tourists invade, eager to taste the speciality kleftiko lamb (slow roasted in the oven), or fresh-caught fish such as lagos or minerio.

North Cyprus has numerous unique historical sites to visit. Some of the remarkable places of interest in Kyrenia include the Kyrenia Castle, Kyrenia Harbour, St. Hilarion Castle and Bellapais Monastery.

From late May until late September the Alagadi Sea Turtle Conservation and Research Team often release turtles from the turtle hut on Karsiyaka beech. It is well worth logging on to their face book page to find out release days and times.

There is a well stocked supermarket 15 minute walk away to buy all essentials needed for a self catering holiday. However, with many good reasonably priced local bars, restaurants and eateries, the cooking facilities in the villa may never be needed during your stay.

- "Villa was just in a fantastic location with complete privacy all around. Everything you may need for a complete holiday to be found in the villa. As well as being private the location is great to access bars, restaurants and beaches. (2 minute drive/10 minute walk) The dolmus (local transport) passes the end of the road, so in theory, you could actually visit this villa and not require a hire car." - "Big, spacious & beautiful property with a lot of potential - Bedroom spacious and nicely made linen provided with TVs in the bedrooms - Large open plan living area fully equipped for self catering. - Property manager helpful with arranging airport pickup and taxis. (Definitely consider hiring a car before coming it’s needed if not get number of taxi company that drops you off from airport so you can use to book when getting around) - Living area smell was stuffy as if needing airing out, there was also a lot of ants crawling all over the living area. Reported the ants no help for a day till following day without notification a bug spray left outside the door. - The veranda just outside the living area was not habitable because it was so dirty the floor haven’t been swiped and table cleaned in ages even if it’s outside space if it is regularly maintained it shows they wouldn’t be that level of neglect. -The same neglect extended to around the pool are we could not walk barefooted because it was dirty and dusty and the same applies to the sun beds which never used too -The pool was dirty we reported they came to clean but only the pool not around the pool. We were therefore, able to use the pool on that day. -We left villa after only 2nights stay although booked for 7 nights. Found alternative accommodation with a friend -At checkout reached out to give feedback to avoid writing all this in this platform but 3times up to today was told owner will be informed still nothing "

Located in a magnificent natural setting on the south side of the plateau of Myrtou (Çamlıbel), in dense forests that spread throughout the village and joined by a magical way with the sea of Agia Eirini( Akdeniz) all the way up to Kormakitis (Kormacit).

It is connected to Girne 26, the capital Nicosia 30, and Morphou 17 km. away.

Diorios was a mixed village (Greek Cypriots and Turkish Cypriots) which has excellent views of the Bay of Morphou (Güzelyurt), the mountain of old Epia, the port of Xeros and ancient Solon.

Diorios ( Tepebaşı) is known to date for the unique, red tulips. The vegetation of the Cyprus tulip "Tulipa Cypria" or "laledes" by the locals, where flourish in abundant quantities during the months of March and April, is characteristic of the region.

The village church dedicated to Agia Marina, was built in 1850 over an older church. In 1973 worked the new church of St. Marina in another village location. Other chapels of the village is St. John, Prophet Zachariah, St. Black, Prophet Elias, Archangel Michael, St. George (Mahania forest area), St. George (Trimithias area) of the Holy Cross, and Agiopetras St. Nicholas.

- "This is lucky enough to be our 10th villa holiday to Cyprus but our first to the North side, so we were all very excited, if a bit anxious. When we arrived at the villa having followed the straight forward directions it was, without doubt, the most welcoming villa we have stayed in. It's the little things which you don't have to worry about when you arrive ; tea bags, coffee, water, all the cleaning equipment you could ever need, towels, cereals, loads of DVDs, books to read, hair dryer, fresh fruit and some beer, milk and wine in the fridge. Air conditioning is my next mission when I arrive. This turned out to be very simple to use and very effective. A nice addition was the very attractive window shutters making the bedrooms very dark in the mornings instead, like previous villas, as bright as the surface of the sun from 5am. It transpired to be one of those villas as you walk in that just feels really well thought out. I found myself saying "that's a good area for the table" and "I like where they put the washing machine etc". As my 3 kids fought over beds I checked out the pool, high on the list of priorities. We were not disappointed. The warm pool had nice wide entry steps on the left hand side and a single ladder in the deep end on the right. Spotless when we arrived and well maintained during our 2 week stay. Our only issue were some of the lights in the pool didn't work but this didn't spoil the experience of the night swims. Another game changer for a nice relaxing holiday are the sun beds which with their thick cushioning were some of the most comfortable we have laid on. Other important bits for us were the shower,in the ensuite, which was fine with plenty of hot water, a very spacious & useable kitchen with loads of plates/mugs etc and a nice, easy to operate TV/DVD which is handy if the kids fancied a break from the pool. There were two comfortable areas outside with table and chairs to either watch the kids or sit down to admire the views of the sea with a glass of something and a book. There isn't anything negative to say about this villa, it is fairly remote being approx 10 mins drive to the nearest small supermarket but we knew that you had to get a car hire for this one anyway. (Fuel much cheaper than UK a bonus) We have stayed in bigger villas but size isn't everything!, this was by far the most welcoming, accomplished, attractive and peaceful villa to date. We would definitely stay again."

- "We arrived at the property very early in the morning and getting in was super easy. The property has a spacious living room and 3 great bedrooms. The property was clean and well equipped. The pool was fantastic, clean and recently upgraded. We found that the gas bottle was empty and Magdalene dropped a full bottle off in minutes. The local supermarket was excellent with tons of fresh fruit, veg and bread. We went to quite a few of the local restaurants and generally had a great time. There were a couple of issues, one I suspect will pass with time and one which my ignorance led me to not notice on the description. Firstly, there is a several acre building site in what was the olive grove visible on any areal view map. This was active from 08:00-17:00 6 days a week and produced significant noise. It was disappointing we were not forwarded about this. This made the side area where the BBQ and dining area unappealing to use and I suspect it has permanently lost its charm (the BBQ also didn’t have any cooking racks which left me a bit stumped how to use it). Secondly, the electricity limit which is clearly mentioned on the description might need to be put into context. We used 805kw in 12 days vs an allowance of 215kw, we had the aircon on at night only at 24-25c (warm) and didn’t use any other significant devices. The additional cost was £87. This came as a bit of a surprise, so I think it’s worthwhile noting. A great Villa and especially lovely pool thanks"

The space

Above the pool is a terraced barbeque and dining area with fantastic views of the mountains and local area.
The well-equipped kitchen has a hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and water cooler, and leads out to a shaded outdoor breakfast patio. There is a separate utility room with laundry facilities.
The bright, spacious lounge has a dining table, comfortable sofas and patio doors to the pool area. For your entertainment, there is a Smart TV with streaming services and UK channels, a CD player and a choice of books.
The master bedroom enjoys views of the mountains and swimming pool and has an ensuite shower room. All bedrooms have patios overlooking the gardens. In addition, there is a family bathroom with a shower and bath, and a separate cloakroom.

- "We stayed in Villa Serafina from 9/8-23/8 we arrived late and was met by Magda and her husband who showed us around- we appreciated that- being tired after a night flight! We had a small welcome pack waiting for us which was great-again after travelling with hungry kids this was a massive help! The villa is spacious and comfortable, with huge amount of towels, pool towels and bedding the beds and the sofas in the living room are especially comfy! We slept very well and that isn’t always the case in some villas, the air con is a god send in the heat but do be aware of your electricity allowance it’s very easy to go over if you leave things like the air con on when you go out, leave doors open etc! We had quite a few power cuts the first week but this is an island thing not specific to this villa but be aware the water is on a pump so once the power is out you have no water either, we had a big jug of water in the fridge ready for teeth cleaning hand washing etc the second week was fine though and we had very little issues with the power. Location is great walking distance to bars, shops and restaurants and the local bus is always running along the main road to take you further into Kyrenia if you wish. All in all we had a lovely holiday and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this villa and Magda, and we would definitely stay again, maybe next year! The only thing I felt was missing was an actual washing line in the garden, small thing but would have helped, that’s it though"

The air conditioning being on when your home is an absolute must, Myself and my husband slept in the "princess tower" and my word did we feel like royalty!The villa was homely but still crisp, the owners clearly have impeccable taste.The kitchen comes with every gadget you could possibly need.The perfect location for daily adventures, wether you want a day at the beach paddling with the little ones or something a little more adventurous with water sports, there is a monumental amount historical adventurous to be had to.I highly recommend car hire, albeit there is a local shop a short walk away that will give you everything you need if you didnt want to leave the villa.A tremendous stay & we cant wait to return"
