- "Sunset Reefs is simply extraordinary! From the location to the staff to the food. Our best meals of the week were at Drop the Anchor. I cannot say enough about the amazing experience we had. I’d highly recommend!" - "The service was really very good. Everyone who worked there was very professional, helpful, and pleasant. You can WhatsApp the managers and get nearly immediate replies. The property is small but very well taken care of. It’s a smaller (boutique) hotel so if feels like a mansion with a half-dozen or so rooms. All the rooms face the same way. The staff were happy to arrange taxis and recommend delivery restaurants. The infinity pool is small but more than enough. The staff will set up beach chairs and pool chairs for you. They’ll bring over water if they see you don’t have any. A couple of reasons that I deducted slightly more than one star is the value. I paid around what I’d pay for the Nevis Four Seasons. This boutique was nice but overpriced; I think that it cost double what it should. To be clear, I’m not saying that the price was too high— I’m saying that the price was too high for what you get (value). On top of the room rates there were a lot of service charges ($175/night for VAT, fees, and other charges). Some of this may be legally required (VAT) but not sure about the rest. I didn’t deduct for this because of the uncertainty. You’ll like this hotel if you’re looking for a boutique experience with lovely people. But you won’t if you’re used to a luxury resort with multiple restaurants or nearby places to visit. "

- "The bed was terrible, as hard as sleeping on the floor. Try to sleep side ways and wake up broken no matter which side or flat. The bathroom was not so clean and when you open the faucet the smell was horrible. It was ok clean the room, but you could feel it was not cleaned properly, there was like little dirts, closets but no hangers, and so much dust in every corner and the walls and isles like an abandon area and this place that is new. I mean mattress need to be hard but this was unbelievable. Then the bathroom door in glass, oh Lord couldn't sleep with the major light coming in ahhhh. Then I told the security I'm leaving at 7am, he said you need to wait for someone to check the room before you go. Really! Well too bad if you are not by my door at 6;50am, so I left the key with the security guard. This place is not a hotel at all, it was apartments for rent and they are doing it all supposedly. But, if you rent a unit for hotel, then you need to have; hangers, blowers, iron, extra soap, paper towels and extra towels if no cleaning applies. Then also, provide a towel specifically for the floor***** "

The home is well appointed with amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms, and lots of board games to entertain in downtimes. Plenty of space for family meals and hangouts. The common areas are open air which was such a treat to feel the warm breeze all day. Each bedroom is air conditioned and has comfy beds. The pool is a great size and super private from neighbours (with slide and diving board, too!).
