Very family-friendly for work and vacation in the LA area.

The street parking was ample and I never had to walk far, the host was communicative and helpful, the private entrance really was private, they provided everything we needed and even some unexpected things. Noise Note: there was dog barking that was petty loud, I think it came from nextdoor but close proximity. I wasn't bothered by it, but I'm not a light sleeper. I could hear it from inside the shower, with the water running, and with the bathroom door closed. Not much to do about it though, I don't think, just something to be aware of. There were nightstands on each side of the bed, which was really nice, but no beside lamp. Also no extra blankets. Not a big deal, I'll bring a small clamp on table lamp and a spare blanket with me next time. Overall, my stay was wonderful and I'm very confident I'll choose to stay here again."
