- "The view from the appartment was absolutely fantastic, even though is was not a full 270 degree view as promised. The bed was as hard as a board, I'd bet the bed in his house is not that hard. We had to wait 4 days to use the washing machine as the old one was broken. The second day there we lost the wifi, being from the USA my phone only worked with wifi, and my laptop required wifi to do anything. Luciano made arrangement to get it working, then asked me to take time from my vacation to meet with the technician doing the work, as he (Luciano) was unable to take the time to meet him. We ran out of toilet paper and had to buy a roll, not really a big deal, but I would think there could be an extra rool on location for those who stay more than 1 night."
