Pool was a bit cold to be honest especially if you get home from a long walk through the rough winter weather). Small but nice spa, two saunas, one steam bath. I did not figure out if the steam bath was not working or if it was just not turned on. Also the big and amazing looking open fire place was unfortunately not turned on. This would have elevated the coziness a lot. Location wise a bit off the spots and the beach (but you might know this if you book it, I hadn’t really checked it). Definitely sweet to get some tiny sweets on your room every day, as well as water and a bottle of red wine. However, and fully appreciating the gesture and the taste of the wine might be amazing, not so sure if a bottle for <5 EUR does generally meet the expectations of the guests of such an accommodation. 😎 Overall of course a nice hotel. Definitely worth a recommendation for people looking for a freshly renovated spot on Sylt and nice food for the evening. "

The twin beds in the bedroom flipped up into the wall, making the room a comfortable 15 x 15 living area. The sofa flipped out futon style, so you could actually sleep 4, but it would be a mite tight for 4 adults. We went across the street to the bakerei and down the street to the grocery store and made our own breakfast after the first day. We could easily have prepared all of our meals there if we'd wanted to. The hotel offers breakfast, and it's a lovely spread - cereals, breads, yogurts, meats, salmon, fruits, eggs, bacon, sausage, etc., etc., etc. - but it wasn't included in our room price and cost a bit more than we wanted to pay. The hotel's location is excellent - just a few hundred yards from the beach in one direction and across the street from the shopping area in the other. It's a 10-15 minute walk from the train station, and there's parking if you've brought a car. The apartments are in a separate building that's semi-attached to the rest of the hotel. Some of the apartments are available through the hotel, others are owned by individuals. It's a very quiet, secure building."

Our apartment is in close proximity to downtown Westerland. You can reach the beach, the pedestrian zone and the train station in a few minutes on foot.
But not only our apartment is the focus of this website. We would like to show you what you can do to spend your time with different kinds of experiences. What is certain is that there are so many options that there is something for every taste and you are therefore not faced with the decision of whether to do something, but what to do next.
Our apartment is on the 1st Floor of a house completed in June 2015 with a total of 4 apartments. The house is very quiet on a side street in 2. Row with its own parking space and yet in the heart of Westerland. Downtown, beach, shops and train station are within walking distance in a few minutes.
The upscale amenities offer everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation. There is a flat screen TV in the living room and one in each of the two bedrooms. Furthermore, there is a DVD player, which leaves plenty of scope for individual design.
There is a bathroom on each floor (below with shower, above with tub).

The living room is very comfortably furnished with a large couch and armchair. The kitchen with dining area has everything that is needed for everyday life. Ceramic hob and microwave are available as well as a coffee machine, toaster and much more.
