- "B-House is a small family-run guesthouse, super friendly and eager to help. Your main points of contact don't speak much English, but will answer what they can, or call someone who can help in English. The room is clean with a comfortable bed and a shower with good water pressure, and plenty of space all around as well. Breakfast is part of the cost and consists of a huge spread of food including bread, fruits, yogurt, meats & cheeses, oatmeal, etc, and they can prepare other meals as well. Amulet Restaurant is one of the closest, about 5 minutes walking, and has incredible food. The location is on the eastern end of old town, just east of Chor Minor, so getting to all other attractions would require at least a 10-minute walk (Labi Hauz), and up to 20-25 minutes for The Ark and Bolo Hauz. Not a big issue for me but could be annoying if visiting when very hot/cold or if it rains. Closest grocery store is about 5 minutes walk away. When taking a taxi to B-House, give them the address or intersection instead - lots of them hear "Labi Hauz" and insist on taking you there instead."
