There was a lot of condensation on the window in the room which created small pools of water on the window sill and we had to wipe the windows down to be able to see the gorgeous view. In spite of the problems, and clearly improvements are needed, we enjoyed every minute of our stay!"

- "The staff here are outstanding. We arrived during heavy rain and had booked a glamping room which is not connected to the main hotel. We were offered a chance to stay inside the hotel if we preferred, at the same price. We were shown both rooms before we made a decision, and we chose to stay in the glamping cabin after all (because it was SO cute!). There was a bit of leaking from the windows, and was a bit chillier in parts (the bathroom was cold!), and the alignment on the doors was a bit off, but it was all part of the experience. Netflix on the TV was nice (we actually put on the fireplace channel), and it was so cozy... definitely a memorable place to stay! And there is a very cute and delicious restaurant/takeaway spot just across the road, about a 5 min walk, where we enjoyed some yummy food and a game of jenga! Breakfast at the hotel was simple but nice. One thing to note is you can't pay with credit card here! And you will need a car if you're planning on visiting Angostura (not walkable to town, and we walk a lot). That said, we will definitely go back if we are in the area. Highly recommend!"
