It is dreary and old. There is no place to relax. No toiletries are provided. The walking times on the listing are not accurate. It is a 15 minute drive to Cape Hillsborough Beach. The only positive was it did have hot water and the bed was clean. I would not stay here again or recommend to anyone. The owner needs to update the unit and the listing to provide pictures of the unit so people know what they are getting. "
