The living room features sliding timber doors, 50” smart TV, a Balinese teak single bed sized daybed with mattress and a Balinese teak sofa with mattress enabling night time conversion into bedroom three. The sofa is also a daybed, but less than single bed size; hence we consider it would be comfortable for a child or smaller person to sleep.

Please note as the name implies, this is a small house. We think it's best suited to a couple, a single person, 2 single persons or a couple with a young child. It's great for a casual meal inside or outside but it doesn't have a formal dining area. We hope this information will help you make the right decision for your booking.

We lived in this unit over 5 years and now are very excited to be able to list it and share it with others. It is in a great location with a peaceful feel that allows you to disconnect and chill in the evenings.
Family friendly, don't worry about a spill here or there. Life happens and this lovely place is made to be lived in.

The space
You enter through the laundry room which is adjacent to the renovated kitchen. The fridge is also located in the laundry room.
After going through the kitchen you come into the dining/living space and on the other side will be the back door to a spacious back patio with chairs, table and BBQ.
To the right will be your 2 bedrooms and bathroom in between. The front room houses the queen bed while the back room houses 2 single beds. Both rooms have built in wardrobes.

We keep spare towels and sheets up in the higher part of the built in wardrobes for future guests. If you need spare ones you may access them. You may access the entire space.
