The room smells awful and the hallway leading to the unit smells like dog poop. The unit is not sound proof - you can hear conversations on the hallway and outside. There was also no microwave as stated either. The bathroom was constantly wet with water on the walls and floor and was extremely slippery. Total space is 81.5 sq. m. and is part of a 3 story modern home in a residential area. It has 2 spacious bedrooms. First bedroom has a queen bed with it’s own private full bathroom with a hot water shower. Second bedroom has a double bed with a trundle for a third adult. Next to it is a second full private bathroom with a hot water shower. All beddings are provided for including sheets, blankets, towels, and pillows. We can very comfortably accommodate up to 6 adults.

The Living, dining, and kitchen area is one open space with 8 ft high ceilings. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and dining including a stove, microwave, refrigerator, rice cooker, and a water filter equipment for drinking water.

The Veranda off the living room provide views of the main road, neighboring hills and residential neighborhood. The balcony off the kitchen door provides views of the residential neighborhood and has a sink for washing and the garbage bin is under the washing sink.

The property location is about 5 minutes by car to the City Center Markets, SM mall, most of the tourists spots including Teachers camp, John Hay, Baguio Country Club, the Baguio Cathedral, Session Road, and the famous Burnham Park.

For parking, there are 2 spaces for compact cars only in the common walkway inside the property gate. SUV cars can park just outside the property gate on the curve next to the main road on a first-come first-serve basis. This main road curve parking is safe and well lighted at night.

For public transportation: taxis, jeepneys, and Grab, are available 24/7 just outside our property gate.

For DIRECTIONS to our place; it is an easy access from Marcos Highway, pass Baguio General Hospital, pass Convention Center, then take Leonard Wood Road. Before the bridge, turn RIGHT to get to the front gate of Teachers Camp. Just before the front gate of teachers camp, turn LEFT onto M. Roxas Road. We are 4 curves away on M. Roxas Road on your left.

Just before the front gate of Teachers Camp compound, make a LEFT turn on M. Roxas Road and drive through under the bridge. Continue on M. Roxas Road, pass by Imelda Village Barangay Hall and Bakiran Store. We are neighbors to Bakiran Store on the left side of the curve. Our home entrance is a brown gate.

From John Hay, take the route via Baguio Country Club then thru Teachers Camp compound back Gate down to the front gate. At the Teachers Camp front gate, make a right turn to M. Roxas Road. Drive through under the bridge and pass by Imelda Village Barangay Hall and Bakiran Store. We are neighbors to Bakiran Store on the left side of the curve. Our home entrance is a brown gate.

From the Victory Liner bus station, hail a taxi cab and tell cab driver to go towards Teachers Camp, via Leonard Wood Road, and just before the bridge, turn RIGHT to M. Roxas Road, then follow the directions above. It takes about 5 minutes from the bus station to the property.

15. Alcoholic beverage drinking is allowed, but avoid disruptive behavior. Baguio has a "silent night" city ordinance. Starting at 10:00 p.m., all sounds that bother or annoy everyone should be toned down.

PATH House is at Ambiong, Aurora Hill. It is around 20-min ride from city proper. From the unit to the city is a 3-min walk to hail a taxi or a 15-min steep walk to the jeepney terminal.

The place: Very homey studio-type apartment ideal for groups of 2 to 3. It is located at the 4th flr so you'll need to climb 50 steps. We also have an overlooking rooftop area wherein you can chill.

The space
The unit is inside our family compound and is adjacent to our family house.
You'll find that the whole building is oddly shaped which gives it a unique style. :)

This specific unit is studio-type - a double bed for 2 and a pull-out bed for a third guest.

You'll be able to have private access to the entire place which has its own kitchen where you can cook and a private bathroom with a hot & cold shower.

It is located on the 4th floor and just a few steps from this area is our rooftop where you can have a view of the sunset or the mountain lights.

Kindly note that this a homestay accommodation so don’t expect hotel-like amenities. :)

Guest access
The compound has a gate and the unit is located at the 4th floor. You'll have private access to the whole unit.

Other things to note
-You will need to climb stairs (50 steps) to go to the unit so be ready for some cardio exercise. yay! :)
-Because of the accessibility, the unit might be difficult to reach for the elderly and small children.
-We have no curfew. Just be sure to close the gates when you arrive late at night.

The local government is very strict about parking in the city. Vehicles may easily be towed / fined for disobeying parking guidelines.

LAUNDRY:
There is no washer and dryer in the unit. But there is a laundry shop in the main bldg. that charge for this service. Do ask them to expedite your laundry if you're in a rush. They do however charge a little more for this. (Closed on Sundays).

CLEANING LADY and her FEE:
Should you want your room be cleaned WHILE you are checked in, our on-call cleaning lady charge 500php for this task.

An additional 200PHP fee if you want your sheets and towels changed as well.
We offer complimentary weekly cleaning service/s to long-term guests.
Guests are encouraged to leave the room while the cleaning lady does her job. This is to limit contact between the guest/s and the cleaner.
Please WASH your own dishes.

SECURITY:
We have an on-duty security guard that makes his rounds in the area to ensure guests’ and residents’ safety. However, we still do recommend that you lock the front window and front door each time you leave the apartment as an added precaution.
We shall not be held responsible for any personal injuries, accidents or damage/loss to personal belongings sustained while in the unit or the building premises.

WiFi and Electricity:
Even though we rarely get connection problems from our internet provider (Converge), please be informed that slow or unstable internet connection is BEYOND OUR CONTROL. Same goes for city-wide power outages.
