- We do have parking space but we kindly ask to lets us know if you are coming with a car so we can arrange the parking.

IMPORTANT!

1.)Please let us know the exact number of guest that will be arriving.

2.)Checkin time starts at 2pm till Late so there will always be staff to accommodate you.

3.)If you are intending to bring pets. we only allow small sized pets with a maximum of two pets, and charge 300 a pet per night.

4.)Php1000 pesos cash security deposit is required upon check-in and will be refunded to you upon checkout.

5.)Laundry service is available with a fee.

6.)Visitors staying beyond 10pm will be charged with 300per head.

7.) Extra Mattress can be requested with a fee of Php300 per day per mattress.

8.) NO SMOKING IN THE UNIT. You will be charged with ₱2,500 which will be used for cleaning if you violate this rule.

9.) Early check-in and Check-out are subject to room availability with a fee of Php150 per hour.

10.) If there are any damage / issue that occurred during your stay. PLEASE REPORT TO US IMMEDIATELY.

11.) There is a Php2000 charge for lost/damaged key fob.
