Although there are a few trainee waitresses at the moment, all the staff are friendly and helpful. They always greet you with a big smile and give you attentive service. The food at the beach front restaurant is fantastic and always huge servings. You can even order food out on the floating bar and they will send it over for you. It is great sitting out on the floating bar, listening to good music while having some ice cold beverages with lots of lovely waitresses to look after you. A great way to wile away the afternoon and watch the sunset over Subic Bay. You can jump off and have a cooling swim if desired. A lot of the rooms have been refurbished and are very comfortable with everything you need to make it a pleasant stay. Blue Rock is family friendly has great food and service with the best beach front location. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday in lovely Subic Bay. "

Secured and homey one-bedroom apartment is located at the 3rd level of the apartment building. The main gate uses an RFID system and outdoor CCTV cameras for security purposes. You can enjoy all of its amenities such as air conditioning, dining/living area, cable TV, WiFi, a kitchenette w/ fridge, cooking appliances & a queen size bed. There is also an en-suite with hot/cold shower for your convenience.

The space
The studio type unit is near the Main Gate of Subic Bay Freeport Zone (SBFZ/SBMA) which is also walking distance to SM Olongapo Downtown and Harbor Point Ayala. There's Wifi access and SmartTV for your convenience. Temperature controlled AC by a split type unit. Tile floors are all throughout the room.

Our fully furnished two (2) storey house is part of a larger property which can accommodate up to 38 persons.

Rooms are available to rent on an individual basis or in combination.

Main House could accommodate up to 16 person combinations of 6 Bedrooms (4 Queen Size beds, 4 double beds, 4 single beds, and one double deck).

To explain our pricing, the Minimum size room is a queen bedroom. Therefore the minimum price per night is P1500, whether single or double occupancy. For additional guests (over 3 pax) it is P500 per person per night.

Guest access
Main House bedrooms can accommodate 1-20 people comfortably.
The Living Room, Dining Room, and Kitchen can be used for small gatherings/parties of booked guests.
Big Patio and Garden Area are ideal for outdoor parties and BBQ.
Additional guests of occupants may only be invited to parties or gatherings after receiving approval and permission from your host Tita Flora.

During your stay
I love to meet and greet and welcome all my guests to your home-away-from-home. You are very welcome in my home but I do kindly ask that you respect the house rules so that all guests can have a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Our Stauffer Main House and Pension & Transient House are conveniently located near places such as Subic Waterfront Resort & Hotel, Baloy Beach Resort, and White Rock Beach Resort. Barrio Barretto, a commercial area with banks, restaurants, salon, and spa, is just 5 minutes drive or 15 minutes walk. Convenient stores, Gas stations, Meat and Wet market (talipapa), Drugstores, and Bakeshops are just a stone throw away. Everything is within your reach. Must see to appreciate.
Most Importantly: SUBIC BAY FREEPORT ZONE / SUBIC BAY METROPOLITAN AUTHORITY (SBFZ/SBMA) is 15 minutes drive from our Pension & Transient House.

1. Please be advised that there are no elevators, escalators, or ramps available for PWD or mobility-restricted guests.
2. Cooking is not allowed inside our rooms. However, if you need to cook, we have a COMMON KITCHEN located outside the rooms. It is shared unless all 6 rooms are booked.
