My house is located within the exclusive and guarded subdivision of Club Morocco in Subic, Zambales. It is near the waters of Subic Bay and about 20 minutes away from SBMA. Guests can enjoy the facilities of the clubhouse with corresponding fees. The house is surrounded by sprawling plants. Our house is not a resort or hotel. Its just a three story house with a swimming pool and a rooftop. We occupy the whole first floor and we have the same entrance. The whole second and third floor ( rooftop) is guests’ private area.

The space
All 3 rooms are located in the second floor. It is inclusive of 12 person but can accommodate max of 14pax.I charge 500 pesos per person per night after the inclusive of 12 pax. This is 2 family room and 1 standard room.
Rooftop is also guest private use.
Linens and towels are provided.
All rooms have built in wardrobe, en suite bathroom with shower, centralised water heater, big smart tv, ( fast internet :-) you can watch netflix or work, etc ) .
I provide basic amenities -a towel, body wash ,shampoo and conditioner and toilet tissues.
For long term stays i only provide starter kit , toilet tissues , bin liners, and toiletries.
If you prefer to bring your own stuff of course you are more than welcome :-).

Parking outside our gate is allowed.

During your stay
Even though we occupy the first floor, you’ll hardly see us around the house as we’re usually in our room, out and about, or sometimes even out of the country. That said, if you need anything, we’re just a knock or message away! Our in-house helper, Juliana, and I will also be around and happy to assist you with anything you might need during your stay.

We are not a hotel or resort. We are home share. We don’t have security guard or staff so please be mindful of our security.

Swimming pool:
Pool use is up to 8pm. It is not kid friendly pool, please look after your children. Pool depth is 6ft on the right side, 5 ft 4 on the left and 5 ft on the stairs. Some pool rules are posted in the pool for your safety.

Cctv surrounds the exterior of the house for our security. This includes the outdoor swimming pool and rooftop.

Guest staying late in our rooftop is responsible for locking the doors. As i have said we don’t have security guard to stay up all night.
So please..
Turn off the lights and lock the door after use.

Our check in is 2PM and check out 11AM. As i said our house is not a hotel and we dont have staff, i have to get the rooms ready before you check in and after you check out for the next guest, so PLEASE mind the time.

For security reason , guest of my guest is NOT ALLOWED.

PLEASE TURN OFF THE AIRCON BEFORE GOING OUT.

Our centralised heater runs the whole day but we turn it off after 10pm to give the equipment a rest.
Should you need it late night please let us know.

Body wash, shampoo and conditioner are provided but please don’t take it home.

No pets allowed.

We have CLEAN AS YOU GO policy. I don’t charge cleaning fee. We don’t expect you to clean thoroughly but we are hoping that as respect to our home and to your host somehow you would leave our place clean as you found it. If theres any reason you cant clean your mess , or you have no time, you could just pay our cleaning charge of 1500 pesos for on call cleaners.
Please report any damages immediately.

Please note that sometimes electricity and water interruptions may occur, and these are beyond our control. We do however provide a backup generator, but its capacity is limited. Some emergency lights are also installed in some areas.

Please give us few minutes to check the rooms and rooftop before you check out.

Lastly, we love to share our home and provide you all would need to make your stay comfortable , so please be respectful to your host and other guest.
