Open-Plan Space in the Living/ Dining Area and Kitchen

Living Room : This is equipped with a comfy L-type sofa, a smart TV with ready access to Netflix, TouTube, Amazon Prime and Disney+. A portable mini-karaoke with wireless dual mike is also available for light videoke sessions, provided house rules on quiet hours are observed.
Dining Area: This has a 4-seater round table. The bar kitchen table with 2 bar stools can also be used for dining, as a small ‘buffet’ table, and as a coffee bar. Complimentary coffee with creamer and sugar are provided.

Kitchen: This small modern kitchen is equipped with a 2-door refrigerator, a microwave oven, induction cooker, a gas range with oven, electric kettle, basic cooking pots and cooking utensils, silverware, dinnerware, glassware, cups, bottle, can and wine openers. As much as possible, light cooking only using the induction cooker.

Bedrooms : Our apartment has two air-conditioned bedrooms. Room 1 has a window-type aircon, a queen-size bed, 4 pillows, a comfy white duvet, a fitted sheet, and ‘adorned’ with two towels and a bed runner with matching throw pillows. Adjacent to the balcony, this bigger room has a large window that offers a nice view of the city. The window has two-layered curtains for privacy, light control and aesthetics. It also has a working table and an ample closet space. Room 2, the smaller bedroom has a double-deck bed with premium bed linens, and each provided with a pillow, a blanket, and a bath towel. It has a package-type aircon, a closet space, a floor mirror, and a window with blinds. An electric iron and ironing board are also kept at the small bedroom.

Bathroom/Comfort Room: The bathroom has hot and cold shower. Hair dryer, towels, complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash and toilet paper are provided. An automatic washing machine with complimentary liquid detergent and fabric conditioner are also provided in the bathroom area. A movable clothes rack for drying is provided at the balcony. Please take note, however, that this should not be visible from the property’s exterior as this is prohibited.
Pets Not Allowed Inside the Apartment: While Lumiere is a pet-friendly place, pets are not allowed inside our apartment.

Guest access: As our authorized guests, you have exclusive access to the entire space of The Penthouse Crib @ Lumiere and its amenities. You can also enjoy the building amenities of Lumiere Residences, including the following:

Swimming Pools: A large-sized lap pool and a smaller kid’s pool This is available from 6am to 9pm, Monday to Wednesday only, excluding holidays. Maximum of 5 guests per unit.

The kitchen is fully equipped with necessary cooking equipment such as induction cooker, rice cooker, microwave oven, toaster oven, electric kettle, basic cookware and dining plates. There is also a refrigerator with freezer so you can keep your food fresh before you cook it!

Basic toiletries such as shampoo, body soap, hand soap, toilet paper and 1 bath towel per guest are provided. The shower is also equipped with a water heater that you control according to your liking.

NEED A PARKING SPACE? We have 1 slot that you can rent for a minimal fee. (Please check with us for parking availability). Else, the vicinity of the condo has pay parking.

✨READ BEFORE BOOKING✨
(For monthly stays 28nights or more)

1. Guest must clearly understood the arrangement for long term stay
2. Electricity and Water are EXCLUDED in our nightly rate
3. Guest will shoulder/pay the electricity and water consumption for their accommodation
4. Php 5,000 (good for 1 month) Utility Deposit will be collected aside from the nightly rate. Utility deposit will be use for electricity and water bill only.

If 2 months stay or more, please see example:
1 month - Php 5,000 utility deposit
After paying the bill that month another Php 5,000 will be collected for the succeeding stays

if the meter reading does not fit the Php 5,000 utility deposit - Guest will add up and pay the remaining balance to fulfill the actual electric bill (P5,000 is just for estimate only)

5. Php 5,000 Utility Deposit will be collected after confirmed reservation has been made by the guest. Payable through airbnb platform as well (Wait for the host to request money through resolution center)
6. Our trusted caretaker will do the MANUAL METER READING before check in and check out (photo will be provided upon check-in/out)

* Standard house rules will apply
* Plus FREE weekly cleaning (mandatory) to ensure the unit’s good condition - towels and bed sheets will be replenish
* Any damage, extra services, amenities will be charged to the guest
* Any excess of the Utility deposit will be given back to the guest once meter reading is done. Hence, if the meter reading does not fit the Php 5,000 utility deposit - Guest will add up and pay the remaining balance.
