You will be staying in a 39sqm studio-type unit with a sleeper couch/sofa bed in the living room good for 2 pax and a sofa bed with pullout bed in the bedroom area good for another 2 pax. Ideal for 4 guests. Can stretch to 5 guests with a foam/bed mattress to be provided for the 5th pax.

The location of the unit is inside Asiana Homes subdivision in Cataning, Hermosa (along Roman Superhighway). It’s after Phirst Centrale and Beverly Heights V (if you’re coming from Dinalupihan or Pampanga).

There is WI-FI (Converge Fiber Connectivity at 150mbps).

Bring your own food as no cooking is allowed but the kitchenette comes with a personal ref, a microwave oven, electric kettle, oven toaster, coffee maker, dishes and silverware.

Unli coffee, creamer, sugar, and mineral water are provided. Also toiletries such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste. Towels can be provided upon request.

No breakfast included.

No electricity generator.

It doesn’t flood in our area as we are located on high grounds/parts of Hermosa in Bataan.

The place has guards manning the gates and marshals roving the subdivision 24/7.

The unit is equipped with a split-type AC to ensure a pleasant indoor climate allowing you to escape the heat and unwind in comfort during warmer days. Alternatively, soak up the fresh cool air (Baguio feels) during the cold months of December to February.

There is a store inside the subdivision that sells almost everything (except cigarettes) for your basic needs.

There are restaurants, bars and entertainment options just minutes away from our accommodation so you’ll have no shortage of things to do even after dark.

Hermosa Ecozone Industrial Park is just 4-5 minutes away. Same with KDRAC (KDR Adventure Camp). For food and dining, there’s Daniel’s Coffee on KDRAC grounds; Casa Victoria; Kuya Bhoy’s Kainan and Events Place-lomi atbp.; Andro’s Kitchenette; and Twilight Samchi House (for unli samgyup).

Fast food chains (Jollibee, Chowking, McDonalds, Dunkin Donuts); Robinson’s supermarket; Palihan public market for all your wet and dry needs; 7/11 stores; church are just 4mins. away; SM City Bataan, Vista Mall and Walmart (20-25 mins. away); and Subic Bay Freeport Zone is just 25 mins. away.

If you're not coming in with your own vehicle, I can fetch you from the subdivision gate to the unit AND/OR drive you from the unit to the subdivision gate whenever you need to get out of the subdivision.

Also, I have tricycle driver contacts that can bring you to the nearby restaurants, fast-food chains, public market, etc. So if you’re looking for a serene, lively, convenient area to stay in, our place is the perfect choice!

Wi-Fi connection at 150mbps may be affected when there’s super heavy rains or storms.

Two persons are already included in the rate. Extra person is 292 per night. Maximum of 5 persons only. Please let me know if there are more people coming as I also have another (adjacent) transient unit available.

The space
Our home is 7 years old and we do our best to maintain it to the highest standards. However, it’s not unusual to have some normal wear and tear in some areas. If you see or experience something that doesn’t meet your expectations, please do let us know, so we can rectify the issue at the soonest possible time.

1. THE ROOM WHERE YOU WILL STAY:

*NO BEDFRAME, only THICK MATTRESS ON THE FLOOR:

>>The queen size bed is intentionally placed low and literally on the floor to cancel “noise” when sleeping and moving. We made it this way to avoid having a hard time going down if you wanna go toilet which is on the ground floor.

2. THE KITCHEN
>> The kitchen is filled with all sort of useful items. Feel free to use our cutlery, tupperware, plates, etc. for all your cooking needs.

3. BACKYARD SWIMMING POOL
We have one BACKYARD POOL which is PRIVATE for me and my spouse but we are allowing you to use it as long as you will follow the pool rules and accept its current state:

1. The pool water is clean but since it’s outdoor it’s prone to leaves and minor dirt from dust.
2. Never pee on the pool. Use the backyard toilet.
3. Dry up at the dirty kitchen toilet before re-entering the main house.
4. No food allowed inside the pool. Moderate and low alcohol content is allowed. (Maximum 2 bottles of light beers and/ or 1 bottle of wine) *Hard Liquor or Gin is prohibited.
5. Take a shower before diving at the pool.
6. Tidy up the area and dry the flooring to avoid slippery after used.
7. Please reserve in advance if you would like to use the pool and we'll let you know if it’s available on your dates. :)

4. PARKING SPACE
> We can accommodate 2-3 cars on the gated parking space which if located in front of the house.

THE BETHEL is a “ROOM” in a home; the premium is only for a guest “room” but the good news is we are offering an access to every part of our home including the “swimming pool” so technically it’s the whole property you are renting except for the “masters bedroom”. Me and my spouse are both staying with you but you won’t feel our presence much because normally we are busy and out of the house. Every penny is worth it! Consider it and enjoy! Thank you po! :-)

The house was built last Dec. 2017. Water pool is always fresh, no chemical added since it's a private pool. The place is 45 min. drive to Subic, Olongapo, 1 hr to Clark, Angeles Pampanga by car via sctex Dinalupihan. 5 to 8 min away to Orani Plaza. 1 hr to Bagac Beach, 90 min to Morong Beach, 45 min to Orani View Deck. 1 hr to Mt. Samat. If you are looking for fresh sea foods Orani Market is the best place to go.

Tanawin is a large home with panoramic nature views, located at Sinagtala Farm Resort & Adventure Park, Orani, Bataan. It is at the edge of the Bataan National Park, a protected closed-canopy forest with trails, rivers, and waterfalls.

Tanawin has 15 rooms for rent. You can rent overnight accommodations per room at the Wing, the whole House (good for 15-21 guests), or the whole Tanawin for weddings, team-buildings, family reunions and any private functions (good up to 72 pax).

The space
The House has 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms are lofts) and good for 15 - 21 guests. The whole house has two living rooms, a full kitchen, indoor dining area, and two private panoramic view decks.

The Wing is good for couples, solo travellers, or small families / groups of friends. Ground floor rooms have a garden porch or and second floor rooms have a balcony. Large wing rooms have two toilets and baths and can fit up to 8 pax. Regular wing rooms have one toilet and bath and fit up to 6.

Overnight guests of Tanawin can use all facilities: all view decks, private infinity pool and kiddie pool (reservations are encouraged), barbecue grills, evening bonfire, entrance and swimming at Sinagtala Adventure Park, and complimentary breakfast.
