The bathroom floor in between the toilet bowl and bath tub always wet, meaning there’s a leak somewhere. The general ambiance of this resort served its purpose for wellness and relaxation UNTIL you see the terrible huge, eyesore construction of these Chinese pagodas being done at adjacent to their property. That construction (we were informed) does not belong to the Nuture Wellness Village. The sounds coming from that construction often disrupts the tranquility that the Nature Wellness Village painstakingly promotes and I feel sorry that the owner and workers of this resort have to put up with it. Overall, I admire the staff, the food, the restaurant design, the overall ground layout of this resort. I will patronize them again when I am in that area. "

- "The location is great as it is close to restaurants and walking distance to Sky Ranch. The room is so nice and spacious. The bathroom is clean, though the shower diverter should be repaired. Went out in the morning to roam around the property and I enjoyed taking pictures of their garden. The food is simple but delicious. - "This place has character. The staff was excellent and accommodating, very friendly and responsive. The rooms are a bit old but clean, everything works, good air conditioner, and decorated with antiques, handmade local items, even a large bookcase with hundreds of interesting older books. The parking is onsite, a bit crowded Saturday night but no one blocked you in and there is overflow parking right outside the gate just a few dozen meters from your room. Very laid back service, we pulled up, they were expecting us, didn't need to sign in or show ID once I showed them the reservation on my phone. No extra charges that happen with most of the time you deal with Filipino services, we will stay here again on the next trip to Tagaytay."

- "We arrived late in the property since we came from the North (Bulacan) and travelled to the South. Good thing I was able to call the property and informed them that we'll be late. As described the hotel was an ancestral home converted to a hotel. The room isn't new or modern, but it has a cozy and comfortable feel to it. I like that there's a small balcony that has a big leafy mango tree in view. It gives a private vibe despite situated along the busy streets of Maharlika. The property is in conveniently placed in the heart of great restaurants and coffee shops in Maharlika which was a plus for us. The staff are also very friendly and accommodating. The only issue I had was the bidet had little to no pressure. We opted to use the shower head as an alternative, but the water is leaking on the shower head which made things a bit difficult. I hope they look into this. But overall, it was still a great stay and experience for me and my partner. 😊"

Having no intercom, you have to go to the front desk to inquire or address concerns. We even asked why there are no towels provided. That was the only time they gave us towels. SMCO representative was nice and helpful, but I felt weird leaving the room keys in a locker with NO LOCK. what if someone stole the keys and cleared out the room? Will I be responsible for that? Representative assured me it's safe. She even told me about the paid parking, which was ₱350 a day. That was perfect and convenient! I wasn't aware about that on my first trip and parking was pretty far. Location was good, with a few restaurants and a small mall within walking distance, but I suggest renting a car or taking a Grab if traveling with elderly. Mornings were the best with many people to join in your morning walk. Ambiance and cooler temperatures were awesome! You also feel a sense of safety throughout most of the property. In spite of the mold in the rooms and the fact that it felt dated, I will still give it another chance and hope my next stay here will be better. Location and the big, open park to walk in is what I enjoy they most. I would still recommend this place to anyone looking for an inexpensive and enjoyable experience. "

Upon checked-in, it was so quick and easy and no need to pay deposit for the key. The staff are very friendly, approachable at helpful. The room is so spacious, comfy bed and nice bathroom. It was annoying because we were so bored at night because the wifi is so slow and the cable TV was not working. Problems: 1. The staff are very noisy, they didn't even think that there are people resting. 2. The toy of the kid was so noisy too. 3. Inside the toilet, the towel handle is so high (I think it was 6 feet high), very didficult to reach. 4. There's no clothes handle (where you can hand your clothes before you take shower). 5. The bed is good for 2 but they gave us 1 shampoo and 1 soap. 6. There's no free bottle of water. 7. The internet is very slow. 8. The cable TV is not working. 9. There were ants we found in our bed. I hope you will find solutions for the problems that I shared so that many tourists will book and stay your hotel. I will stay there again if the problems will be solved. Thanks for being nice to us!
