The air-conditioned huge master’s bedroom on the upper floor has 1 queen size bed and 2 double beds (1 is a pull out) and can easily accommodate 6 to 7 guests.
It features a walk in closet and attached bathroom with hot shower.
It also has an adjoining covered roof deck to enjoy your morning coffee and high tea while enjoying the Tagaytay breeze.

The 2nd bedroom is also airconditioned with attached bathroom and hot shower, located at the lower floor and has 1 queen size bed and a pull-out bed that can accommodate a total of 3 guests.

The 3rd airconditioned bedroom has queen size bed and a floor mattress and can also accommodate 3 guests. The bathroom with hot shower is just outside the room.

The 4th bedroom with electric fan has double bed can also accommodate 2 guests. It has an attached bathroom and can be accessed from outside the house.

The kitchen area is fully equipped with all required dining wares and utensils, the dining can seat up to 8 guests.

There is a bar counter where 3 more guests can seat for dining. A foldable dining table is available in case more people need to dine together.

We also have a bar-b-que grill available at the dirty kitchen if needed. Rice cooker, coffee maker, stove with oven and microware are also available.

The receiving area at the ground floor is airy and bright and can seat 8 guests. There is also a powder room at this area.

The is an entertainment area with Karaoke at the lower floor that has sofa bed.

We have cards, various board games, books and two 50" TVs and Karaoke available for entertainment, just make sure to observe the quite time between 11pm and 8am.

We also have non-stick iron and ironing board and hairdryer.

The place have a dedicated 3 parking spaces, 2 can be parked inside the garage and 1 outside. We are inside a very secured and serene subdivision away from noise and pollution.
