The Traffic was really bad .. thats Jakarta." - "Since the hotel was built relatively recently, all the furnishings and the bathroom were in great condition. The lobby was especially nice to walk into. I took the Deluxe room, which was very basic but the bed was very comfy and the air-conditioning has a digital control. TV was abit on the small side to be watching from the bed however. Nextdoor is a 24 hr McDonalds and opposite is a mall with plenty of restaurants at ground level and a large supermarket in the basement. To get to the Mall Indonesia, its only a 10-15min taxi journey. Did not try the spa, as there was a very good Chinese massage place just up the road at much better prices. My only complaint would be the quality of food for room service. The salad came with some cheap olive oil and the pizza was soggy/soaked and overladen with meat and salt. Regret not going to the mall for a cheap tasty bowl of noodles and meat balls, rounded off with some donuts at the cafe!"

The staff are warm and polite without being intrusive. Breakfast buffet has a vgood choice of local and international dishes. Just a tip tho, be patient at the reception desk.
