But the service staff were very friendly and welcoming so that is a big plus. And the price is affordable with a lot of food arnd the area and further down the road there's laundry 24hrs"

2. After 11 PM, please maintain quietness outside the house, avoiding loud noises or disruptive activities (which may lead to police involvement).
3. Do not damage walls, tiles, floors, or any structural elements. This includes no drilling, pasting, or altering the original structure of any objects.
4. It is strictly prohibited to cause damage or dirt in the pool or its surrounding areas (e.g., dining or drinking) to avoid disrupting the normal use by the next group of guests.

⚠⚠⚠ Violation of any of the above four rules will result in immediate forfeiture of the deposit. ⚠⚠⚠

5. Please do not move indoor or outdoor furniture and decorations without authorization to ensure the facilities remain in good condition.
6. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors or on the artificial grass area; smoking is only allowed in outdoor areas.
7. Do not move the projector without permission. If you find the projection unclear, please notify us in advance. Unauthorized movement or damage will result in an RM500 charge.
8. Do not move the KTV system and audio equipment.

10. Do not consume durian indoors.
11. Do not consume food or drinks in the billiard/automatic mahjong table area.
12. If you plan to host an event with more than 50 people, do not park vehicles in front of other residents' homes or block the road. We welcome your inquiries regarding parking guidance. If the event exceeds 50 people, you must seek assistance from the National Civil Defense Volunteer Corps (RELA) for traffic control.
13. If you have children with you, please ensure there is adult supervision to avoid soiling the furniture. If the furniture cannot be cleaned, fines ranging from RM100 to RM500 may apply, depending on the situation.
14. Please remove the canopy before you checkout.
15. If an event requires a large amount of electricity, please inform us in advance so that we can prepare extension cords (a maximum of two can be used) to prevent power outages or excessive electricity usage. Any damage to electrical wiring due to excessive power usage will result in a fine.
