Check-in process was so-so, not very straightforward but i managed it eventually. Got the apartment & was glad that it at least looked decent. After spending some time there, realised that it wasnt very clean as mentioned. There were stains on the coffee table, bedsheets etc. Toilets had a stale smell. To my horror, i used the soap provided in the bathroom and was so disgusted as it smelled like drain water!! We couldnt use it so we had to buy our own for the 2 nights stay. I had booked the apartment for 5 pax but only 4 towels were given - which were low quality type. No bathroom mats were given. Bathroom had wet and dry area. But while showering, the water will start ponding and will get into the dry area, which makes the entire bathroom wet. "
