It also is in a great location...it's on the crest of the mountain and nestled among residents and one or two other venues (both were empty on my walk), so it's quiet and you can hear a symphony of frogs and crickets every night because it is basically in the forest. At the same time, it is on a major road, so I never had to call or wait more than a minute for a taxi/tuk-tuk driver. The staff are excellent and really made my stay seamless! They were around at all times of the day, and made sure I was well-hydrated (I never had to worry about buying water bottles, they were very generous!). The breakfast and massage services were both in my room so it was also really convenient. If I ever get the opportunity, I would definitely stay here again!"

The general ambiance of this resort served its purpose for wellness and relaxation UNTIL you see the terrible huge, eyesore construction of these Chinese pagodas being done at adjacent to their property. That construction (we were informed) does not belong to the Nuture Wellness Village. The sounds coming from that construction often disrupts the tranquility that the Nature Wellness Village painstakingly promotes and I feel sorry that the owner and workers of this resort have to put up with it. Overall, I admire the staff, the food, the restaurant design, the overall ground layout of this resort. I will patronize them again when I am in that area. "

- "Really enjoyed my stay " - "The unit is very clean and well equipped with necessary appliances and kitchen and bathroom towels and soaps. The beddings and linens are clean and fresh. However, my niece and husband stayed in this unit while i stayed in Tower 4. When i tried to visit the room, the ground floor staff (Alexandra Almario) refused to let us in even though i showed the messages to me from the owner and told her that we're also guests. She kept on saying its the rules. Finally looked at their Rules. She was citing Rule #4, which says guests should be briefed about rules and regulations which did not occur. The guard who has better common sense and customer service called the unit coordinator who talked to Alexandra. All i can say is Tower 3's desk person , Alexandra, has an attitude and requires customer service training. I pride myself in having patience as a retired 69 grandma and retired toxicologist but this Alexandra is too much. Tower 3 may be losing return customers because of poor customer service. "

Due to the pandemic, we only accept assisted check-ins until 7 pm in order to give ample time for the custodian to go home.
Check-out time is strictly at 12:00 noon to give way for cleaning the unit for our next guest.
Early check-in or late check-out will be subject to availability.
Please prepare a valid ID and a Php 1,000 refundable security deposit upon check-in. Any damage or loss shall be paid by the guest. My custodian will do inspections before and upon check out to determine any damage or loss. We charge Php 1,500 for lost keys.
