Please be informed that renovations are currently underway on the 3rd floor. Work begins at 9 a.m. and ends by 5 p.m. While the contractor has been instructed to minimize noise, please do not hesitate to inform us if anything is disturbing you, and we will address the issue promptly.

Additionally, the subdivision's drainage system is under construction. During heavy rainfall and typhoons, flooding may occur on the street. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause if this happens during your stay.

Lastly, please note that there is an extra P400 charge for room cleaning per request after check-in.

- The bedroom window faces EDSA, so there may be some traffic & train noise.
