The pool is amazing, clean, big and a fantastic view. Finally the host Mr. Poran was extremely helpful, very friendly and quick to fulfill any request. There was an issue with the wifi which he resolved fairly quickly. Overall would reccomend staying here - note there are a number of hosts for this building and I cannot comment on their service however "by Luna" certainly gets our vote. If you want an affordable hassle free stay in KL then you're in Luck here. "

The apartment comfortably slept us all and could easily fit a 5th person on the extra pull-out mattress. The whole place was beautifully furnished, and spacious enough to fit all our luggage. It was also very clean and anything we needed to be comfortable was provided including a washing machine, stove and oven, plates, bowls and cutlery, body wash, shampoo and towels. The apartment complex also has a stunning infinity pool, a gym, a games room with a pool table, steam room and sauna, and BBQ/rooftop garden. The kids especially loved exploring each of these spaces. Location was great and easy to catch public transport to the MRT station. From there, getting to the city was very quick. Petaling Jaya itself also has a lot of excellent food options and shopping nearby. Communication was prompt and instructions were easy to follow for checking-in and accessing the apartment. Only downside was there was some very loud clanging each morning coming from outside the apartment (unsure of origin) but didn't last too long although was very, very loud. Nothing to do with the apartment itself but seemed to happen everyday around the same time, just so the next person who stays is aware. Overall 10/10 would recommend staying here, thank you having us! "

- "The three of us (my sister, my teen son & I) overall found the stay to be pleasant, comfortable and it has homely feeling suitable for small family. Although some of the furnitures in bedrooms and living area looks a bit worn out but acceptable condition for 3 days 2 night stay. Beds are comfortable, bathroom shower water pressure okay but did not experience hot water temperature (not sure if it's faulty or we did not get the setting right). Kitchen well equipped, found it easy for easy cooking on induction stove, using microwave and the washer & dryer (it does not completely dry the laundry though, again maybe not using the correct best setting). The easiest way to get my house is Just taking Shuttle bus (see time table in my pics) from KLIA 2 to one utama shopping Mall. From one utama Shopping mall to get my house is walking distance around 7 minutes. You can reach our place by using the MRT (10 min walk to the station Mutiara Damansara).
