- "The location is good. Near the pasar seni station." - "A good spot when in town before traveling to the interior. It was a short walk to the bus station to Taman Negara." - "This was an OK stay, as it was a good location and did the job for me to sleep and store my things, but I will not be back again. The first room I was assigned to smelled very musty and my bed wasn’t cleaned with new sheets, so I had to go to the reception to get a new room assignment. They don’t give you a top sheet for the bed, but the fitted sheet to cover the mattress had stuff on it — a small rubber piece, fuzz and hairs. They give just a thin blanket which I questioned its cleanliness since there were also hairs on it. The bathroom stalls were tiny so hard to move around in, and there was no hand soap at the sink to wash your hands. The soap pump in the shower was broken so it was difficult to get soap out but I eventually got it after many attempts. The lockers in the hostel room were broken so I had to leave my things in the lockers outside of the room. There are no elevators so if you’re on the top floor like I was, it made it difficult to carry your bags up and down — especially since the receptionist doesn’t show you your room and help you bring your bags up like many other hostels do. However, the location was good with the Central Market and Chinatown right in the area, and close walking distance to Merdeka Square."

- "Staying at The Bed, KLCC Hostel was a terrific choice for my stay in Kuala Lampur. The highlight was the location, as it was in the center of where you can easily access several of the sites you would want to see as a tourist. Surrounding the hostel were several name brand hotels that cost quite more when compared to staying at this hostel due to the prime location. I was in the single bed room, and it was perfect for me as I mainly needed it to sleep after a day out exploring the city. When I wanted to rest or do some work, the lounge area was just what was needed. Also, right next door there is a gym that you can access on the 6th floor for 20,000 MYR, which is quite reasonable and convenient if you need to get a workout in during your stay. I highly recommend staying here if you plan on exploring the city."

- "The place looks Abit rundown as I think majority are working males that lives permanently. However me n hubs had a very comfy sleep even thou the room is just basic! Bed was comfy however pillow was yellowish even thou the pillow case was clean n washed. - "good " - "I like the place." - "Terrible experience. When I tried to check in, I had to wait for ages. There was no real urgency to check customers in. They could not find my booking, insisted on a booking reference number (which I had), but no avail. In addition, they insisted on paying the tourist tax, which was already paid for. I had shown proof on my booking confirmation, however that was not satisfactory. The whole experience was awful. I had planned to stay there again, due to the low cost, however I cancelled this.
