Location wise, i wouldn't say it is in the centre of georgetown, walking to old town would take half an hour at least or can take a bus. Nice area though, modern side of the town, also close to china town, lots of nice restaurants about 10 minutes of walking distance."

I wish I knew all of their names, but I know Richard, who was so wonderful. I was constantly brought water and little candies while I was working. Everyone there and the owner is really kind and inviting. Their cafe space is so cozy and there are these little courtyard spaces outside that are peaceful.
