The Wi-Fi is fast and free. The kitchen/dining room is very simple. A small fridge, sink, microwave, a few table settings, and food prep tools (the knife was quite dull :/). The location is perfect! Located at the end of a dead end with a nice grass garden to relax in. Plenty of motorbike parking too! There is a 100 Baht deposit that is returned to you when you check out. They even shuttled us many of the days. This is a modern property and kept very clean. Every single member of the staff was great. English was no problem. They also had staff fluent in Japanese, Burmese & Thai. We were able to find affordable laundry service and motorbike rental very close. All kinds of other services were nearby. It is set up as a hybrid hostel/hotel. We stayed in a private 6 bed dorm (for our family of 5). We did have dorm style bathrooms, but they do also have rooms with private set up. We would not hesitate coming back in the future."
