The villa is clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. The management called before arrival to ascertain time of arrival, which was kind of nice. Unfortunately, the small door next to the gate cannot be locked or latched. It is held in place by a few loose bricks. This is kind of scary when you have kids around. The air-conditioning in the big rooms were also not very adequate. The channels available on the cable tv was shockingly minimalistic. If you have family members that have difficulty climbing stairs, this villa might not be suitable for you. We thought we could use the single-occupancy room on the ground floor, but the room wasn't air-conditioned."

- "Would stay again " - "Short walk to gurney plaza. Convenient location. Also close to bus stop that heads to town. Clean comfortable room with ample space for luggage.
