If you want to check out and go to the airport allow an extra 15-45mins to meet someone in the foyer to get your deposit back. Even with an extra hours notice they will be late and add more stress to catch your flight. Not worth the hassle of what is otherwise a nice place. Check in was the same, even with advanced notice. This could be fixed with lock boxes on the wall, then it would be 5 stars. Please change check in and check out process or just pick a different hotel. Its not worth it and I was lucky to have a native Indonesian speaker to help out. Could of been worse "
