As a family-friendly hotel, I loved the orange theme but the walls were too thin and I could often hear children running about the corridor or next door. With the jazz lounge by the pool, you would be able to hear it even from your room ( I lived on level 4). If this doesn't bother you, the hotel is worth a visit! Thumbs up for the great front desk service which helped us call for taxis and gave precise directions to the driver (because we could not speak Bahasa). Note that if you are arriving from Jakarta airport, the taxi ride will be about 350,000 IDR (with minimal jam) and if you are coming from Bogor city/train station, it should be about 60,000 IDR (with minimal jam). Drivers will often quote you more so do insist that you would like to go by the metre! In the case of traffic congestion, the fares might rise indefinitely, so you can take the risk and accept their quoted fares if you'd like!"

Nice view from the back of the hotel where our room was located. We requested for queen bed in Expedia but unfortunately it was not available when we checked in so had to adjust with two single beds joined together. Staff is very polite and helping. We stayed in Superior Double Room and the room is spacious with TV (limited channels), cupboard, reading table and WI-FI. There was some problem with the toilet as some stinking smell was coming next day morning and it was intolerable. After request to cleaning staff they did there best to make the that stinking smell go away but not 100% succeeded. Also, there were some foul smell coming inside the lifts, should keep air freshener in Lifts and Toilets. As far as the ambiance of the overall property is very good. Coming to the Restaurant, the food we ordered for dinner was excellent and was prepared fresh. The price was also moderate. Morning buffet breakfast had decent number of items and the taste was good."

- "Washing Basin spoiled totally not usable, Shower was not hot though not too cold" - "I wouldn't stay here again, inquired about breakfast when we checked in to be told it was available, my partner , I and our son was greeted with two cups of tea and one chocolate and cheese sandwich, all that is allocated per room for breakfast, checkout was delayed for 20 minutes while they tried to find a non existent teapot that was supposed to be in the room, not sure what anyone would do with a teapot if was supplied as there was no hot drinking water or any way of doing any if you wanted a cup of tea. the shower was over a tub which filled up as you showered as the drainage was that slow it couldn't get away and general cleanliness of tub left much to be desired. three people booked in only two towels supplied. overall very disappointing, could see that once when it was built it would have been a very good hotel but no updates and very little maintenance doesn't make for a good place to stay. to expensive for the lack of quality this place offered, have stayed in several hotel in Bogor over a couple of visits and all offered better value for money than this dump."

- "I bought here but got confirmation from travelio and talked to them the whole stay. Hotels.com didn't believe me when I said if I bought it directly with them (travelio) I would save 1000 sek. They didn't accept and didn't believe it was actually travelio I bought with, through hotels.com. Except for that, the sink was leaking, not clean good enough and the travelio support was bad. The people coming fixing everything were nice and good people. Just under staffed."
