- "The villa was extremely spacious and clean. You have to call for room service daily as it is not automatic but the cleanliness was excellent. The view was to die for. Even during 3 months of drought season and the fields were dry, the view was still splendid and the weather was very cooling. Having breakfast by the balcony (there's 2!!) was an unique experience. The pool was also kept clean and there was an excellent view from the pool too. I would have given 5 stars rating if not for a few issues. Firstly, the pool was always very cold due to the weather and the villa did not seem to have some sort of smaller jacuzzi cordoned off with heater. So it was a struggle to get into the water and I didn't spend much time in the pool which I considered a huge waste as similar villas without pools cost at least $100 cheaper per night's stay. Secondly, some of the amenities in the villa such as the kitchen tap were shaky and almost coming out and the TV in all the rooms except the main hall had no antennas so the reception was extremely bad. Even in the main hall, the cable mainly contained Indonesian or Arabic channels. I only counted 3 English channels!! Thirdly, although the villa was cleaned, the staff could not bother to refill the water cooler with a new water barrel and I had to struggle to lift the heavy water barrel on my own. Lastly, the main manager in charge of the management of the villas barely spoke English and it was very difficult to voice my concerns to him."

I was in one room and my son was to sleep in the next room in what I thought was a two-bedroom apartment. But it turned out that we had been given rooms nine floors apart in a high-rise apartment building and key cards could be used to access only the floors we stayed on, so we didn't have access to each other. - "It was an Ok stay for the place. But the procedure and communication was terrible. When we booked via hotels.com, we were not expecting that we will be communicating with a third party application (Travelio). The procedure was a bit complicated, we need to have the travelio app, we need to communicate (with the room boy/ reception) via Whatsapp as well, then deposit and other things were just more complicated than booking a hotel. Moreover, we had a bad wifi in the 1st day, we need to get through the CS chat via the app. Even, no spoon in the apartment unit."
