I was in one room and my son was to sleep in the next room in what I thought was a two-bedroom apartment. But it turned out that we had been given rooms nine floors apart in a high-rise apartment building and key cards could be used to access only the floors we stayed on, so we didn't have access to each other. When I asked about changing rooms, I was told that was not possible. The young man who checked us in was probably a college student, and he had no control over what was happening. 3. The bathroom was stained with mold. 4. My electricity went out during the night. I woke up because my CPAP breathing machine stopped working. The electricity came back on several hours later, but I had lost much of the night's sleep. 5. Because of the situation, I asked for a refund for the rest of the stay but was told that would not be possible. We ended up leaving anyway but I was not able to get a refund. This Apartment is divided with a glass wall to create a more private experience for the guest. One of the rooms is a bedroom with a king-size comfy mattress. The second room is the living room which gives you access to the TV area which has a sofa bed, a kitchen, toilet, and dedicated working space. Both rooms are Air Conditioned.

If you need an extra bed, you can inform us prior to your stay, we will provide the bed and towel with additional fee.

Other things to note
For the convenient stay of our guess, the unit are equiped with 2 ACs, water heater, refrigerator, TV, wifi,electric stove, rice cooker, water cattle, water dispenser, Iron, hairdryer. But we need our guess's cooperation to smartly use the devices by NOT using them all at the same time, to prevent electricity cut off. If you are going to use the water heater or stove/cattle/rice cooker, please use only 1 AC. Please use stove, rice cooker, and stove one by one at one time.

If you happen to experience electricity cut off, please don't be panic. First thing you can do is to check whether you use electricity excessively, you might need to turn off some devices. If issue still continue, pls chat us and we will send mechanical officer to give solution. Or you can Go to the recepsionist to report your problem and ask for the mechanical officer to check.

Tera resience can be easily accessed from train stations and airports by using Uber or taxi by only paying Rp 20,000 to Rp 30,000. by mentioning the street address of Tera , Bandung city hall area. If you're taking a private car, from the west and east exit on the Pasteur Highway towards Jalan Merdeka.

we always clean the bathroom and floor by cleaning service every 3 days ( 2 times per week), please let each guest help the implementation of this activity.
