- "Very nice place and the staff are all accommodating" - "Excellent customer service! Everyone was very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we have a comfortable and enjoyable stay there. I liked that they let us check in earlier as soon as our room was ready with no extra charge. Transportation around the place was great as there was a jeepney coming every 10 min to take you where you want to go. Place was really gorgeous and have lots of nice spots to take beautiful pictures at. Our room exceeded our expectations as it was in a really nice location close to all amenities and events (Paseo dela Escolta). It was also very clean and huge for 4 people. We all slept well during the night as our room was super quiet and the beds were comfortable. There were only 2 restaurants that were open during our stay, which are Cusina ni Nanay Maria and La Bella Teodora, and we tried both for lunch and dinner. Food was okay in both, but really expensive especially for the quality and quantity you'll get. Customer service in both was fantastic, though. We did enjoy the live music at La Bella Teodora during dinner as the trio of performers they had were wonderful. We also enjoyed the walking tour that we had before checking in. It was informative and fun and our tour guide was enthusiastic, knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. We especially loved the traditional Filipino games that we played as part of the tour. We also enjoyed watching some events and performances such as the carabao race and cultural show which were all fun."

Refs in the restaurant were empty! We wanted drinks, water, snacks but had to go into town!! (Could be a revenue source - what's the problem lol) Food: Dinner menu - mostly unavailable. However, a big plus - buy fish off the beach, kitchen will cook at very reasonable price. Breakfast included but almost nothing - serving size limited to one egg and a scoop of rice! Coffee completely tasteless. So overall, the location is lovely, the pool is relaxing, we would definitely stay again, but I do hope the resort will make simple some improvements in the food area to justify the price. "

Welcome to our apartment! Perfect for solo travelers, couples, family or barkada, this cozy retreat has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The space
We have 3 units that is available for booking. All rooms are 2 storey apartment so please expect stairs. All are for rental so please expect that we have other guests and tenants aside from you.

Unit J1 has only 1 room good for couple with double size bed and a comfort room downstairs. Wifi provided. Parking for 2-3wheels only.

Unit C2 have 2rooms. First room has triple deck single-sized and airconditioned. Second room has double-sized bed and wall fan only. Comfort room downstairs.
No wifi. Parking for 2-3wheels only. Please communicate if you have car before booking.

Unit P2 have 2 rooms. The two rooms have same double-sized bed but only one room has airconditioned and one is fan only. Comfort room downstairs. Parking for 4wheels inside the gate.

Guest access
Conveniently located with easy access to key destinations:
- 1 minute to Orani Public Market and Puregold Tugatog
- 10 minutes to KDRAC
- 15 minutes to Sinagtala
- 20 minutes to SM Bataan
- 30 minutes to Subic
- 1 hour to Bataan Beaches

Other things to note
Theres also an open cabinet for you to store your belongings. Some electronic appliance are TV, mini refrigerator, oven and electric kettle. We have some mini cookwares and kitchenwares, but please expect it is for small cookings only. Portable stove are for request, but bring your own butane.

We have available parking lot for you (please read above). If you also need to buy something, theres a market place and grocery store just few steps away and there are also sari sari stores near us.

This resort is located at Nagwaling, Pilar, Bataan (NOT BALANGA CITY) near San Isidro Labrador Church and Mt. Samat. Most people visiting Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar also visits this place. Pool can be used at a fee of P2,000 if not privately booked. P1k/double occupancy room. P3k/ family room. Breakfast for a fee at P150.00 per person.

The space
Peaceful. Private. With many photo backdrops for your instagram/facebook posts. Owners are always available to assist you. They can customize the decor of the room per your request.

Guest access
Garden in front of room can be used in socializing. Pool can be available for a fee.

Other things to note
We make sure safety of our guest(s) is our priority. We advise them that gate will be locked at the right time. And that dogs can help guard the properties too but far from the guests area. We are always available if they must need us.
