- "Very nice place and the staff are all accommodating" - "Excellent customer service! Everyone was very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we have a comfortable and enjoyable stay there. I liked that they let us check in earlier as soon as our room was ready with no extra charge. Transportation around the place was great as there was a jeepney coming every 10 min to take you where you want to go. Place was really gorgeous and have lots of nice spots to take beautiful pictures at. Our room exceeded our expectations as it was in a really nice location close to all amenities and events (Paseo dela Escolta). It was also very clean and huge for 4 people. We all slept well during the night as our room was super quiet and the beds were comfortable. There were only 2 restaurants that were open during our stay, which are Cusina ni Nanay Maria and La Bella Teodora, and we tried both for lunch and dinner. Food was okay in both, but really expensive especially for the quality and quantity you'll get. Customer service in both was fantastic, though. We did enjoy the live music at La Bella Teodora during dinner as the trio of performers they had were wonderful. We also enjoyed the walking tour that we had before checking in. It was informative and fun and our tour guide was enthusiastic, knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. We especially loved the traditional Filipino games that we played as part of the tour. We also enjoyed watching some events and performances such as the carabao race and cultural show which were all fun."

We stayed in a Superior Studio, This is a very nicely decorated room, large, brand new and clean, good beds and bathroom, desk area, aircon, balcony etc The pool is great, could use a few inexpensive plastic loungers. The owner/manager and staff are very friendly and helpful. Space by the beach for family dinners, boodle, etc. Beach and ocean clean and clear. IMO the price is a little high compared to similar resorts, even with the pool. Trying to transition to a higher end resort, but need to get food and drinks service up to speed, with a few simple changes For drinks, snacks: nothing is available, no sodas, beer, coffee. Refs in the restaurant were empty! We wanted drinks, water, snacks but had to go into town!! (Could be a revenue source - what's the problem lol) Food: Dinner menu - mostly unavailable. However, a big plus - buy fish off the beach, kitchen will cook at very reasonable price. Breakfast included but almost nothing - serving size limited to one egg and a scoop of rice! Coffee completely tasteless. So overall, the location is lovely, the pool is relaxing, we would definitely stay again, but I do hope the resort will make simple some improvements in the food area to justify the price. "

Unwind in EXECUTIVE ROOM, we prioritize our guests comfort and relaxation, Our well-appointed room features private bathroom ensuring the utmost privacy. Featuring elegant decor, stylish room equipped with 55” smart tv, personal fridge, microwave, coffee station, free WIFI, comfortable size bed. A few steps away is the pool that guests can use to take refreshing dip.
Executive room is the finest unit we have in our property and it is located on the ground floor. Guest can enjoy the breathtaking 360 degree view of the ocean and greenish mountain. The roof deck is located on the 3rd floor of the same building of where the Executive room located.

We have 5 rooms that is available for booking. All rooms are studio type. Each room have glass doors so you can enjoy the beauty of nature inside, though we have curtains to keep you private.

📌Bringing of pets have additional fee of 1000 each pet. Aside from that, if our loving pets broke or made remarkable dirts then additional payment will be collected.

The space
We have 5 rooms available for rental. Each room have 1 double bed and a floor mattress, and a comfort room. Theres also an open cabinet for you to store your belongings. Some electronic appliance are TV and electric kettle. Our TV is connected to our wifi.

Guest access
You can use the common area for cooking and grilling. We suggest that you bring your own butane gas burner.

Infinity pool 7am-9pm

Other things to note
We have 5 rooms, all are for rental so please expect that we have other guests aside from you. We have a reliable fiber internet in our place so no need to worry on connecting on web. Smart, Globe and Sun Cellular networks also have an incredible reception here.

Use of gas in the kitchen have a fee of 1000/stay. You can bring your own butane gas burner if you prefer to save the amount said.

Lost key, a fine of 500 each.
Any breakage inside the room have a fine.
No smoking inside the room/cr, if caught there is a fine of 2,000 pesos. You can smoke in our smoking area or in your balcony as long as other guest are ok with that. Please be courteous with other guest as they also want to enjoy.

We also humbly request for you to respect the place and our workers.

We have the right to refuse rude guests, we will refund 40% of your room fee excluding the payments you made for airbnb itself. Thank you.
