"Minimalist Home". This pet-friendly Airbnb is just approx. 350 meters or 4min. walking distance from Morong, Bataan's fine sand beach known as "Panibeach" (see gallery).

The space
A two bedroom unit both with aircon. It is an apartment, a portion of a 3-storey private guest house. The unit is located at the ground floor with private entrance in a gated compound.

The place is ideal for 6 pax only. Additional mattress (2 inch thickness) and beddings may be provided for the exceeding guests (max of 8) upon request. The unit is furnished with entertainment, dining and kitchen basics. An affordable alternative accommodation to the nearby resorts.

Pets are welcome subject to minimal fee and owner's supervision.

Guest access
Enjoy the moon, stars, sunrise and sunset at our roofdeck. We have outdoor dining and grilling stations for a BBQ party. Outdoor shower areas are also available. You may set up your camping gears outside the house, too! Note, however, that the compound is still being developed for better aesthetics and more useful amenities.

Now with plunge pool! Our Intex above ground pool has enough space for a small group to cool down and beat the heat.

There are locals who offer banana boat ride and other fun water activities along the beach.

The property is 3 to 4 hour drive to Metro Manila. 30 minute drive to Subic/Zoobic/Las Casas. 10 mins. to Anvaya. 1 hour drive to Mt. Samat. 750 meters from nearest sari-sari store. 1.6km from public market. Not beachfront.

Tanawin is a large home with panoramic nature views, located at Sinagtala Farm Resort & Adventure Park, Orani, Bataan. It is at the edge of the Bataan National Park, a protected closed-canopy forest with trails, rivers, and waterfalls.

Tanawin has 15 rooms for rent. You can rent overnight accommodations per room at the Wing, the whole House (good for 15-21 guests), or the whole Tanawin for weddings, team-buildings, family reunions and any private functions (good up to 72 pax).

The space
The House has 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms are lofts) and good for 15 - 21 guests. The whole house has two living rooms, a full kitchen, indoor dining area, and two private panoramic view decks.

The Wing is good for couples, solo travellers, or small families / groups of friends. Ground floor rooms have a garden porch or and second floor rooms have a balcony. Large wing rooms have two toilets and baths and can fit up to 8 pax. Regular wing rooms have one toilet and bath and fit up to 6.

Overnight guests of Tanawin can use all facilities: all view decks, private infinity pool and kiddie pool (reservations are encouraged), barbecue grills, evening bonfire, entrance and swimming at Sinagtala Adventure Park, and complimentary breakfast.

Tanawin BnB is a bed and breakfast accommodation inside Sinagtala nestled in a quiet corner with excellent views.

These are Tanawin room rates:
Glamping tents for 2 pax: 4,500
Regular Wing rooms for 2 pax: 5,800
Regular Wing rooms for 4 pax: 8,900 (up to 2 extra pax for 1,500/person)
Large Wing rooms for 5 pax: 10,700 (up to 3 extra pax for 1,500/person)
Main House for 15 pax: 32,900 (up to 6 extra pax for 1,500/person)
Garden room for 4: 8,900 (up to 2 extra pax for 1,500/person)

We charge an extra 500 per pet.

We also hold a security deposit of 1,500 per room for any damages or missing items. This security deposit is fully refundable if everything in the room is in order upon checkout.

The rates include entrance to Sinagtala, use of all our facilities (view decks, swimming pool, barbecue grills, camp fire), wifi, breakfast and complimentary coffee and tea all day.

Tanawin BnB is a bed and breakfast in a mountain home in Sinagtala Resort, Orani, Bataan. This listing is specifically for a room in the Wing building of Tanawin. A large family room has two double beds, two single pull-outs and is good for up to six guests. It has a kitchenette with a refrigerator, mini freezer, hot/cold water dispenser, and en suite toilet & bath.

This is my new building consists of 2 of the 3 bedroom units on the top floor with kitchen good for 11 pax and 13 pax, and bottom floor has 4 studio units good for 4, 6 or 8 pax without kitchen. They are all separate to each other, means own entry and exit and different price per unit. Cost is 1100 per person ex use of pool

The space
My space is unique as it has my personal touch Bali inspired, tried :) This new building consists of 2 of the 3 bedroom units on the top floor and 4 studio units on the bottom floor. They are all separate to each other, means own entry and exit. Top floor is an executive unit with on suite master's bedroom, each executive units can accommodate up to 11 or 13 pax. It has masters bedroom with own toilet and bathroom and 2 guest rooms with 1 toilet and bathroom in the middle. Top floors with executive units has a mini kitchen where you can cook and bake.

Ground floor units are for group of friends who would like to spend private and enjoyable time with friends. This consists of 2 units that can accommodate 8 persons each units, PWD friendly. Another 2 units can accommodate 4 or 5 persons. These units may not have own kitchen but we have chef on site to cook for you. Of course coffee in the morning can be prepared in the unit as we have tea/coffee maker for you in the room.

Bali Indonesia inspired me so much that's why I decided to build this type of accommodation.

Guest access
Beach just 5 minutes walk and pool access next to my properties - pool entrance is to be paid on site. This is owned by my sister

Other things to note
We have limited parking space. So for every group of 4 people, you will have 1 free parking space. Pool is not owned by me so the this rate is only for the accommodation.
