Bring your own trash bags and disposables. Kindly bag all trash properly.

Cooking is allowed with a ₱250 fee, payable upon arrival.

Use of samgyup/grill stove is not allowed.

6. Parking Information

One (1) parking slot is included with the unit.

Additional parking is not guaranteed and will depend on availability.

Guards may allow double parking temporarily, but overnight parking is not permitted.


7. Damages & Losses

Guests will be charged for any missing, broken, or burned items.

If feeling unwell or vomiting, please use the bowl provided in the CR to avoid damaging furniture or linens.
