Another bathroom only has a half glass panel without a curtain or door making the area too wet after a shower. And the way to the house was quite complex. It's ambience gives you a harmonic comfort living in all aspects. The simplicity of this house is very heartwarming and its content has a 5 star abundance.
The villa is fully equipped with the following comfort: aircondition on both rooms, shower with heater, refregirator, sofa sets, tv, 4 sits dining table, 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchens (1 fully equipped in the extension and 1 can be used as a bar section), washing machine.
We have a community pool which you can pay for a small amount. There is 1 for children and 1 for adults. You can take with you food and beverages by the pool. If you wish to make it more personalized; why not having a barbecue inside the pool area?! There is a videoke too.

Recommendations:
Filipino local food is highly recommended like different types of lugaw, tokwa't baboy goto, barbecues, balot (why not!) Banana cues. In the morning or during the day, there are vendors roaming around the community selling local bananas, taho (my all time favorite - it's a warm local yoghurt type with syrup with jellies and warm pandesal - a typical filipino bread for breakfast. You can choose from regular pandesal with no special ingredients or Malunggay flavor (Moringa in English)
Philippines has a wide variety of shopping from local products to imported. My place is just 5 min away from huge shopping malls such as SM fairview, Robinsons place and FAIRVIEW terraces
Restaurants are all over the place.
Travelling around:
Jeepney, FX, bus or taxi is the most common source of travelling around. The best way to learn the culture and experiencing locals is to live like a local. If you wish to rent your own car; you can always park your car in front of the house for FREE
From the airport without traffic it takes approximately 1 hour to my place.

Allowed maximum people in the house is 4 - this is restricted. Cleanliness is very important to maintain the standard comfort living. Trashbins should be use with trashbags ON.

it's a gate way to north luzon tourist spot location the staff may help guest to assist how to get there, tourist from south luzon going to north luzon tourist location, this is the best location for an stop over to take an extra rest and unwined. 25 kms. from manila international airport. soon it can take the trip for just an hour or less travel time from manila international airport to jack&claud b&b guesthouse if metro skyway completely builld, via naiaex and then connect to skyway going to north and then connect to nlex via balintawak tollgate and then exit on C-5 mindanao ave. exit. exit at that area it's a few kms. away to jack&claud b&b site. the house is a mansion house with a unique design interior and exterior it look like botique hotel. and if a guest want to celebrate their vacation into a pool party, private resort available beside jack&claud b&b site, 20 meters away at the next lot area, just a walking distance, price range 7500 pesos during daytime and 9500 pesos for an overnight rate. reservation at the property or via email. pets allowed but it cost an extra charge for accomodation more than 1 pet pay the accomodation at the property . pets not allowed inside the house, there's a designated area for pet. smoking alowed only on terrace area not inside the house. a few years from now one of the station of manila subway from manila internatonal airport passing thru C-5 underground tunnel ended in meycuayan city bulacan, will be located near jack&claud b&b site with accumulate of 500 meters away it just a walking distance. location of the property is near to SM fairview, robinson nova and ayala terrace. the property have a total of 240 meter square floor area with 6 rooms they are 1unit of executive aircon room 20 meter square floor area with private bath [shower only] and toilet with 1 queens bed, 2unit of classic aircon room 15 meter square floor area each with 1 double bed, 1 deluxe aircon room 12 square meter floor area with 1 double bed and 1 common space room electric fan amenities only 22 meter square floor area with 4 single bed. 2 common bath[shower only] and toilet. all facility on entire house are free to move around like the wide terrace with garden view, function hall, the look a like japanese karaoke snack bar [omize] dining area with refrigarator and narra dining table, the lobby or living room with cable connect tv, piano and narra sala set and the kitchen and allowed to cook but an extra charge for a gas consumption and the laundry area with extra charge, except the family size room 25 meter square floor area occupied by host and staff.
