The space
Our guest studio for family and friends. Our experiences being Airbnb guests have motivated us to use this place to host as well.
Amenities like TV, Projector, Apple TV, Videoke, DVD Player, Bose sound system, Dart Board, Strong Internet, Hot, and Cold Shower, Personal Ref, Microwave Oven, and Hot and Cold water dispenser are available for guests to use. A 2nd toilet is available for use at the ground floor should you need it.
We can also make available, 1 secured parking for the guest.
Guest access
Access to the studio will be thru the rear gate that opens to our common garden. Keys will be provided to would be guest. Should we be unavailable to welcome you, a lockbox passcode will be provided for your easy access and self check in.
Other things to note
We have dogs (3 pomeranians and a border collie) They are very friendly but may present problems to those guest who are not into dogs.
When checking out, please advise our household help to inspect the place before leaving.
We discourage cooking in the place.

Cosy crib has 1 queensize bed and 1 extra matress to fit 3 persons, guests can wash clothes and cook. Light has 3 LED changeable colours depending on the mood and ambience you like. Television with tv plus is available too and pocket wifi is provided, for guest who will stay 1 week in cosy crib,there is a free 500php for internet consumption. Hot shower is availble as well

Floors are in white granite which makes the room look very neat, there is a drying cage provided for an extra air in the room, wall is painted in very light beige makes more relaxing and elegant, kitchen top is made of granite as well, double door lock and the aircondition provides cool ambience

The entire house plus backdoor garage plus main and side garden. The garden includes a trellis with a picnic table and chair and barbeque grill

‼️Should you wish to book this for an OVERNIGHT STAY, then a SEPARATE BOOKING IS REQUIRED and only a MAXIMUM OF 5 PAX CAN STAY OVERNIGHT due to limited space.
