Along the corridor are refrigerato, induction cooker for common use for light cooking or boiling. Swimming pool now under repair..

The space
We cater for budget travellers and provide clean rooms with private toilet and bath that sleeps about 4 persons at most in 2 beds (48 inch width each bed). You can rent and pay for as much room as you need. You can use for free the induction cooker and refrigerator in the common area. The condo unit is not exclusive to you but the rooms are privately for your use. We use hospital type UV light to disinfect our rooms.

Guest access
You have access on the same floor level to the condominium swimming pool managed not by us but by the condominium office. There's swimming fee of 200 pesos per person. There are occasions when the pool is under maintenance like now.

Other things to note
we disinfect our rooms with ultra violet light and ozonator similar to what hotel use. silence is required in the evenings and mornings to respect other guests in nearby rooms. no partying is allowed. the swimming pool is under repair.
