Check-in is at 2pm - 6pm and

To remain observant of local ordinances, please park within the designated zones: 1 car park

3. Respect the Peace—No Parties:
Keeping noise levels down, especially between 10pm and 7am, helps maintain a good relationship with our community and avoids you experiencing any neighbor complaints.

4. Smoke-Free Stay:
Our home is a strict no-smoking zone, which helps us maintain a fresh environment.

5. No Extra Guests:
This helps us follow local ordinances on maximum occupancy and keep our home comfortable and safe for everyone.

6. Pet Policy:
We’re a pet-friendly home, just please keep dirty paws off the furniture and rugs./We’re a pet-free home, which includes animals of all types. Kindly indicate type & breed of pet before booking.

7. Pool Safety
You may use the pool in the clubhouse provided you book in advance (₱200 per person)
Please ensure that, without exception, children are supervised at all times while using the pool. Additionally, strictly no glassware is allowed in the pool area to prevent accidents and injuries.

8. Trash and Recycling:
We appreciate your help in separating recyclables & if your trash is full kindly take out the trash in the trash cages: Trash Cages a few meters after the pocket park & it’s before reaching the clubhouse. This small step makes a big difference to the environment and will help us avoid a fine.

9. Handling Damages:
Accidents happen. If something gets damaged, please let us know so we can take care of it.

10. Simple Clean-Up:
Before you leave, please wash and put away any dishes or kitchenware you've used, so our housekeeper doesn’t have any extra work to do when preparing for our next guests.
But please don’t feel you have to strip the beds or wipe the floors, we’ll take care of that!

The electrical shut-off is located between the main door & stairs.

The space
Our property offers a relaxing, fun and comfortable stay, feels like a home away from your home. This is located inside the village, the guard-in-charge may ask for your ID when you enter the gate.

Our place can comfortably accommodate 10 guests, but can be maximized up to 20 pax using extra mattresses. P500 per head in excess of 10 guests, regardless of if they are staying or just dropped by to the place. Extended time is allowed for P700 per hour if you notify us at least 2hrs ahead to check the availability.

Exteriors:
Front Area
We have 2-slot parking space in front of the house. Few steps is our small lawn and the main entrance of the house. Access on the dirty kitchen is on the right side, where you can put all your stuff for cooking or grilling.

Outdoor Dining and Pool Area
This is the place that will welcome you as you enter the villa. We have 10-seater dining table where everyone gather around, eat their meals and have some drinks. We also have (2) two 6-seater foldable table with benches that we usually set-up on our viewing deck or in front of the house.
The pool is 4x7 meter in size with 3ft to 5ft depth. We do 2-3hr. filtration before the arrival of our guest to sanitize and clean the pool. We check and maintain the ideal ph and chlorine level of the water before using it.

Outdoor shower area is located at the back of the villa. Clothing rack is here also.

Viewing Deck can be accessed through the stairs beside the dining area. You can enjoy the view of Laguna de Bay, relax with the fresh air and calm surroundings. The golden hour or sunset is a must see. Then, just chill and stargaze at night with your family or friends.

Our air-conditioned sunken living room with our entertainments like smart TV, stereo with wireless microphones, board and fun games. Videoke is by YouTube only.
We have basic kitchen tools and equipment that can be used to prepare your meals and even make coffee. Plates, glasses and utensils are also provided.

Bedrooms.
1 masters bedroom with 1 queen size bed, comfortably sleeps 2-3 pax. Bed linens and pillows are clean and sanitized. This room can be max up to 5 guests by using extra mattress with fitted cover and blanket. It has toilet and bathroom with hot and cold shower.
1 barkada room with 2 twin size bunk beds, comfortably sleep 8 pax. Bed linens and pillows are clean and sanitized. This room can be max up to 11-12 guests by using extra mattress with fitted cover and blanket. It has toilet and bathroom with hot and cold shower.

Powder room is located near the kitchen area.

To ensure the cleanliness of our pool, we utilize a D.E. Filter, the most advanced and effective filter for disinfecting water. The water undergoes a 2-hour filtration process before your check-in to balance the pH level to approximately 7.4, ideal for swimming. We also conduct a pH level check prior to your check-in.

Citrine House is a newly built house featuring a small garden area, a spacious viewing deck, a basement pool area and an entertainment room, all designed to enhance comfort and modern living.

Upon entering the house, you are greeted by an open floor plan that seamlessly integrates the living, dining, and kitchen areas. The design promotes a sense of connectivity and flow, perfect for both entertaining guests and relaxing with family.

The kitchen leads to the stairs down to the basement pool area, creating a convenient transition between indoor and outdoor living spaces. In the living area, a separate staircase leads to the upper level where you'll find Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2.

Citrine House offers a thoughtfully designed living experience that combines indoor and outdoor spaces, creating a haven where every detail is tailored to provide an exceptional experience!

Guests can park their car in front of Citrine House. (street parking only)

A security deposit of PHP 2,000 is required upon check-in of guests. The amount shall be returned to guests upon check-out provided that the keys are returned and there are no missing/broken items in the house.

The maximum number of guests is 15 pax. Unregistered guests or visitors are not allowed. Children 3 years old and below are free of charge.

Keep the house clean. No shoes inside . Slippers are provided at the entrance door.

Citrine House Angono is not responsible for any accident, injury, loss of the guests’ belongings or any untoward incident that may occur during their stay.

Items and equipment found missing or damaged shall be charged to the guests.

No smoking inside the house.

While we love pets, our current space isn't the best fit for them, so we kindly ask that you don’t bring it in the house.

Guests must inform in advance if they plan to decorate or put up wall decors for special occasions. Additionally, the use of confetti poppers or glitters inside the house is not permitted.

Pool Rules - NO diving. NO running. No rough play. NO food or drinks are allowed in the pool area. Shower before entering the pool. An adult should always accompany children at all times.

Quiet hours begin at 10PM. This is a residential area so please be mindful of others in the vicinity.

Guests are not allowed to leave the house at 10pm-4am in compliance with the subdivision's rules and regulations.
